We had a positive experience with Yes! service person Joshua. He carried out preventative maintenance on our two a/c units. He was thorough in his examination and explained what was going on with these units. He replaced a capacitator in the larger unit. Joshua was both professional and personable.
Alex V. diagnosed our air conditioning problem quickly. Although it took a few days for the Trane parts to arrive, once in hand, he immediately serviced the air conditioner himself. This is the second time, Alex has serviced our needs quickly and always with a smile.
I have had Yes Company for the past year and am extremely pleased with them. My recent experience with Eddie C. was great! He is knowledgeable, polite, professional and explains what he is doing. I will continue to use the Yes Company for my heating, air conditioning, and plumbing problems and ask for Eddie C. for my plumbing needs.
Clean, fast and professional. Their technician Cliff has always taken good care of us, and I trust him . It's hard to find a place you can trust these days, but I won't go anywhere else. They now take care of my plumbing, air conditioning and heating. They have even fixed other people's mistakes, and now I don't have to worry about the quality of the fixtures or the work. Alex V, had to return to my house because one of my units stopped working, at first we thought my thermostat went out (9 years old) but he quickly determined it was not the thermostat, and it just took a minor fix and we were back up and running. Thank You so much Alex V..
on simple a/c service the tech said the capacitor needed replacement. I told him he could do it. He said the part was under warranty and I would have to pay labor. I was shocked to find out the labor was $170.00 and he took just a couple of minutes to install.
The serviceman who came to our house, Jesse A, was very professional and very nice. He was efficient and worked to solve our issue quickly. This company offers coupons BUT only if they are printed. We were unable to print the coupon from 2 different computers and the office manager would not honor the coupon. I was told I could mail in the coupon for a credit.
I am very pleased with every aspect of the service I received from Yes! I requested a quote on Homeadvisor.com and literally minutes after I sent the request I received a call setting up a free inspection by a skilled professional. I expected there to be a wait time of days but to my surprise they were at my door within 3 hours. After the inspection and quote I expected it to be days or weeks to set up the appointment to have the work done but again, the man who had come for the quote was also able to do the work immediately and it was finished within one hour - and done right the first time. I definitely recommend Yes! to anyone with a plumbing problem.
