David C. was sent by YES Air Conditioning & Plumbing to check our heating unit which stopped working on Sunday night. He's a very valuable employee for the company as he arrived by the appointed time. Did his check and explained to me what the problem was. He needed to get the damaged part which he said may take about 45 minutes depending on traffic. To my surprise he did return in the time he said he would, fixed the unit and explained other items to me. He was very helpful, courteous and friendly~~~what a great employee!!!!!

When we stopped using Yes! for plumbing, we stopped having plumbing problems!
I wish we would have cancelled air/heat inspections too. The best air/heat unit on the market that Yes! installed only two years ago cost $395 to repair this year. Heck, we didn't even get a discount on the repair despite having a service contract with them for 20 years. Never mind what their website says. "Everybody pays it!" demanded our technician, meaning the diagnosis and repair fee.
That wasn't the worst of it. The most unforgettable part of the visit was when the technician discovered we might another company to service our repair, he suddenly insisted it wasn't safe to leave overnight. When I asked him why it was safe to leave a few minutes before, he "I donno. That's the way it is! It's a safety issue and I have to remove the part!" ... Maybe because there was nothing wrong with it or the last inspector missed something? Who knows? Avoid!
Telephone agent was courteous and professional. Technician arrived quicker than expected and spent considerable time not only solving the immediate problem but also making sure that the overall system was working correctly. Very happy with this service.
I have always found the YES technicians who come to my house for plumbing or AC issues to be knowledgeable, polite, articulate, and very professional and good at their jobs. YES may sometimes be a bit more expensive than another company, but you can be sure the work will be done right the first time.
We had an issue with water pressure and YES! Air Conditioning & Plumbing sent someone out on the same day to evaluate our problem. Mark R[redacted] was the lead supervisor and determined the scope of work to be done and gave us two options for repairing. We chose the more expensive but more thorough option which involved replacing an old regulator and moving our main line up closer to the house. Also, our 10 year old water heater was replaced and several shut off valves through the house as well. Trevor and Jesse D[redacted] (with Jesse ?, a junior apprentice observing) completed the work to our satisfaction; working hard for two days to get the job done. They were professional, courteous and left the walkways next to the open trenches clean & passable for two days. The city inspected their work early Tuesday morning and Jesse D[redacted] was sent ON HIS OWN to complete all the backfill and replacing our decorative rock. He did an outstanding job. All in all, we give YES! an excellent rating.
The plumber Wayne was very professional, courteous and explained what he was going to do prior to performing his job. The company should be very proud of him.
