James was my service technician on in stalling my new filtration system. He was very thourough on explaining the new system to me. He made sure to clean up after himself. He is a polite young man and is very respectful. He answered all my questions. They even came out for a question I had and I was not charged a service fee. I really appreciate the time they spent to explain my new system.

The service man that came was polite and knowledgeable , the service representative did not seem to know what we were talking about and seemed to think I would not understand so requested that someone else be here with me.fortunarptely I had a grandson visiting but I understand what is saud to me. My son in law was the person that called first and he could not understand why she thought I needed someone here with me. I realize I am 94 years old but I have no trouble following instructions or understanding what is said to me. Sorry I cannot be more support of her.

Several years ago, my 88 year old aunt called Yelp to replace her air filters on an 1000 square foot home. I was unaware that she had done so, but because I was handling her financial affairs, I saw she had written them a check for almost $2000 dollars to "Yes." Turns out she simply wanted to replace her air filters, which a handyman could do. Instead they took advantage of a senior citizen, sold her fancy electronic air filters for almost $1000, cleaned her air ducts for $600 for her tiny house, and sold her a $400 yearly maintenance contract. I complained that their charges were excessive and threatened to call Revdex.com and Consumer Affairs. They instantly refunded her $1000. Stay away from "Yes!"
The technician called to tell me that he was on his way. Very friendly yet professional.

We have used Yes Air Conditioning & Plumbing for at least 20 yrs. Have always been satisfied. Their Techs are polite, qualified and a pleasure to deal with. wouldn't think of letting any one else service my home. Chris C. in particular is just the best.
Rick [redacted] did a great job with the home inspection. Quoted prices for preventive work was very expensive. Rick tried working with management to renegotiate price but still too expensive. Pro-rated labor rates near $400/hr.
Bottom line. Good service but cost prohibitive. May want to reevaluate costs to maintain business.
Ed was a very competent plumber who listened to my problem/request, gave
me the best quote that he could and proceeded to complete the job in a timely manner with no mess left behind.
