Initial response solved the first problem, a leak. To fix we had to remove power from the house as the stucco screen was electrified. While trying to source the electrical problem after the plumber left, the water heater was discovered to be the problem. It had also started leaking. The leak was fixed by replacing the in & out pipes. But the electrical problem still existed. Had to assist the plumber in determining that the bottom element had opened and was shorted to the tank. Replacing the element fixed the problem(most likely the cause of the original problem! It took two day to fully be resolved and I have a hole in the stucco to have fixed as well as grounding if the water heater.......
Called to request estimate to replace stripped water shut-off valve for irrigation system. Jason responded for the estimate. Although his estimate was slightly higher than a previous estimate, I approved him doing the work to get it completed since he was at my residence. He did a great job and had to replace the valve, sweat the fitting, cut and fit both copper and pvc sections and connectors. The job was completed well and professionally finished.
Robert L. was our service specialist, and he did a great job. He was very friendly, and answered all of our questions. Overall, very pleasant experience.

Joe has serviced my air conditioner a couple of times. He is very efficient, always on time and friendly. He always takes time to change my air filter, which I truly appreciate because it always shocks me.

YES came out in a few hours on a Saturday. Chris C. was knowledgeable, friendly and honest. The work was completed in a timely manner with all my questions answered.
Opus did very well. Very courteous, professional, and friendly. At the same time he did a good job, was organized, clean, and methodical in doing his work. Very pleasant to deal with.
They are quite thorough with their inspections. They will fix any problem you have that day for $239.00. Doesn't take long. Seems many repairs you may need costs that amount. Last visit they fixed my shower head for no charge. It had an extra small water saver device that caused the water to shut off if there was too much pressure. However, he viewed the sewer pipe with a camera. He suggested I needed to have it cleaned. It would cost $2400.00. With my senior discount it would be ONLY $2250.00. There were no roots or any other obsticals viewed. I told them they were getting to be experts at up sell. They may prey on seniors. But their work is excellent - if you can afford it. They have a reputation of overpricing their goods & services.
Josh T. of YES Air Conditioning & Plumbing serviced our 3 air conditioners. Josh was very pleasant and efficient. He explained what he was going to do, and explained the job that needed to be done to maximize the efficiency of the a/c units. He discussed the reason for replacing certain parts of the units and how much it would cost me.
Team arrived timely; explained what needed to be done, cost involved. Worked efficiently and received desired results. Maintained professional manner; courteous.
I use Yes! to conduct my annual HVAC and plumbing inspections annually. For my plan, I receive 2 HVAC inspections and 1 plumbing inspection. Yes! calls to set-up an appointment and provides a 2 hour window for the date selected. I have yet to have Yes! miss a scheduled window. This past visit was to inspect the pluming and flush out the water tank. Daren, the Field Service expert, was friendly, efficient, respectful, and honest. The Customer Service Representative, Kaylee, was extremely accommodating to my schedule and is always professional on the phone. Thank you Yes! for my helping me keep my home at it's best!
Our AC went out on a Thursday at 4 P.M. nearing a holiday weekend.
Josh came to the house, temporairly fixed it so we were all able to sleep that night.
Returned the next day to replace a part.
He was extremely nice and considerate. Very professional.

Chris C. and Mark H were very polite, knowledgeable and professional. Chris did the plumbing inspection and water heater flush, Mark did air-conditioning inspection and preventive maintenance. He found that fan motor had leaking oil, explained everything in detail what the problem was. Mark also gave us all the details up front on the cost, plus the savings offered through Yes. It was an expensive work, but I hope so, it will last many years to come. Thanks guys, I'll recommend both of you.. Thank you again for the quality service, and good job.
Seem to perform quality work. Always have new products to sell and I've purchased some. Not high pressure. Technicians are professional, pleasant and helpful.
I called YES A/C & Plumbing on 11/11/16 due to the fact that I had no water pressure in my shower and the water wouldn't get hot. I was under the impression that someone would come to assess the situation and give me an estimate. A licensed plumber arrived on time. He proceeded to check my shower. Then he checked all of my faucets. There was no pressure on the hot water side in any of them. Then he checked my water heater, which by the way, was 20 years old. He concluded that I needed a new water heater. Much to my surprise, he had a water heater in his truck and was prepared to install it right away. He was very professional and polite. He explained what he was doing and why. He even showed me the pipe where the calcium build-up had prevented the water flow from the hot side. Upon completion, he again checked all of the faucets in my home before leaving. I was very pleased with his work and there was no cleanup for me.
