Outstanding information from Chris the estimator. He walked us through all the options we had with a new furnace and AC unit, and gave us a very good price on the new unit. Timing of installation was the very afternoon we closed the deal. Every thing was exactly on time that he set up.
Now Robert the installer was beyond words of his knowledge of the install and his professionalism. He dismantled our old roof top unit, and installed the new one with all the hook ups in less than three hours. Not one thing did I have to pick up, and the new unit looks great. After he finished he explained every thing about the unit. Being a former contractor I would of loved to have these two working for me.
The unit was a little more than we had planned to spend , but oh my we are so glad we went with Yes because of the service we got and the new Carrier unit will pay for its self in energy saving, old unit was thirty years old. This is in our home in Las Vegas Nv.
Craig L is very professional in his work and his appearance. Our service call was for a heating system checkup. Craig did find a problem with a component in the system. He had the part on the truck and replaced it quickly. Craig did show us the problem part and the test conducted on the part. Craig L is an benefit to the Yes Air Conditioning & Plumbing company.

First I do want to say that the Office Workers (Zandra and Robert) worked around my schedule because my position was crazy on the beginning of the holiday, and I didn't want to impose on anyone's holiday either. The Installers (Jaime and Derek - in order of arrival) were not only respectful and timely but friendly, and they both got to work quickly and tried to be as out of my way as much as possible. Replacement installation went terrific and worked the first time it was started, and their clean up was fast and complete. Thank you "YES!" for having these workers to service my home.

Yes has been our sole provider of our air conditioning and heating system since 2006. The service specialist and office staff again provided excellent service and advice. This time we were faced with a decision on our ten year old system to keep it and run the risk of having it stop in the upcoming hot summer season or replace it. The service specialist gave us the necessary facts that convinced us to replace. His prior knowledge of our system gave us confidence that we were making the right decision. This is the result of allowing us to ask for the same service specialist for each service call throughout the past several years. It really paid off! We were pleased with the replacement product features and the financial contract came with a reasonable payment which was affordable. Another service specialist came within a few minutes to measure the roof rack structure so that the crane and installation crew could begin work the very next day. This is great service!
