Couldn't ask for better service in our HOT weather
Chris *** and Supervisor Aaron *** were very professional They identified he problem (running tap for long period before getting hot water Checked status of 6+ year old hot water heater and made their recommendations No pressure or hassle concerning decision I finally made Completed work quickly and cleaned up area better than before Outstanding service, very pleased
The technician showed up a little later than expected because he had to stop and get some stuffThe office called way early and said he was on the way but he actually didn't show up for another hour and a halfOutside of that, he was quick, efficient and very friendlyNo complaints at allVery good service
We received a complementary hot water tank flush from the YES COas it was purchased from them a year ago At the same time Jayson looked under the sinks in the bathrooms and the kitchen to see if everything was OK Unfortunately, he found corrosion on all the valves of the bathrooms and the toilet fill flush was not working properly, and they all needed to be replaced Jayson who performed the work was very professional and he did a fine job I would certainly recommend this company; I found them a little pricey but the work is done correctly
