James was my service technician on in stalling my new filtration systemHe was very thourough on explaining the new system to meHe made sure to clean up after himselfHe is a polite young man and is very respectfulHe answered all my questionsThey even came out for a question I had and I was not charged a service feeI really appreciate the time they spent to explain my new system
I found the technician, Mark [redacted] to be friendly, and he appeared to know what he was doingHe worked confidently and efficientlyHis appearance was neat and cleanThe service call probably took longer because I talked to him so muchOverall, I was pleased with the service
Alex V diagnosed our air conditioning problem quickly Although it took a few days for the Trane parts to arrive, once in hand, he immediately serviced the air conditioner himself This is the second time, Alex has serviced our needs quickly and always with a smile

Air Conditioning & Plumbing is now suddenly my service provider & bought out "Greenstar"no warningbut he assured me they will honor all previous contracts, guarantees, etc In fact, Josh has already followed up on an on-going concern and another YES! specialist is coming to fix the"inherited" problem next week I'm impressed! Hi I made a request to have my ac looked at just to do a tune up nothing wrong I was given a three week waiting timeAfter the three weeks were up yes co called back and said scents my ac was still working that it would be another two to three weeks before they could get to me that people with out air had first come service I told them no thank you I would contact someone elseI also wanted to have my ac ducts checked for leaksI'm mad because they could have told me from the beginning it would be a couple of monthsI think it's all about money why come service my ac at under a hundred dollars when someone can pay three to four hundred dollars
