We just had our Spring furnace/air conditioning check and, as always, were extremely satisfied with the level of service. Our specialist, Justis [redacted] was outstanding in every way. He was punctual, courteous, and very knowledgable. Justis explained everything he found to me in detail and in laymen's terms. He didn't ask me to come to the attic to view the small problem in the furnace, but we went to see the air conditioner together and I actually understood the function of the part that was weak. Very good service from someone who knows and loves his trade is much appreciated.

We were very pleased with the response to our inquiry to have our A/C checked out The Yes! team came out, completed an assessment and had our new A/C installed all in one day They were thorough, honest and clean They provided us with two solutions and were able to give us best pricing possible under the circumstances Last year, they had already warned through regular maintenance and review, that the A/C was operating on its last legs It was an older unit (1987) and they could have tried to sell us a new unit but instead suggested we carry on until total breakdown We would highly recommend the service and professionalism of Yes!

Alex Vcame to my home on 10/29/to perform the regular maintenance on my HVAC in preparation for the winter season Alex was extremely professional and seemed to be very technically qualified to perform the system review He explained what he was doing and offered suggestions for improving my environmentuse a higher quality air filter, have my duct system cleaned, etc These suggestions did not come across as hard sell to provide additional work for YES but as things I should consider to improve my system and extend its useful life Alex also repaired a small air leak near the furnacedepending on the settings hot or cold air was escaping from this leak and not heating or cooling my house Alex also provided a high level overview of Tankless Water Heaters and told my how I could arrange a YES evaluation if I was interested All in all a good experience and I would be more than happy to have Alex come back for my next maintenance A very nice, courteous YES rep
