My Service Specialist was David C*** I have used this Company for many varied services However, David C was the BEST service person of all service people employed by YES that have done maintenance in my home I give him a "Ten Plus" rating It's a simple reason......My concern was His concern and he did everything that was possible to fulfill my service request There were no charges for the hours that he worked on my A/C because I was under warranty However, his Diligence to make sure that I was a "Happy Camper" when he left was indicative of someone about to make a lot of money for their employer on the call In the past, I have felt that YES Overcharges but this time, this man made up for it

I had Joe Q to inspect my heating unit and he did a great job He is honest and hard working As a matter of fact, I used him in April to inspect my air conditioning unit I requested him for both jobs and I will do the same in the future
