This company is pursuing a debt that is not mine and was a product of fraudulent activityThey are attempting to collect a debt that was removed from my credit report because of its origin from another individual, my motherI was not authorized to be a cosigner on the account in question and made this very clear when I talked with both [redacted] and [redacted] the original creditorThe matter was dropped, however, ever since this account went into collections and my mother apparently stopped paying on the debt, many companies have harassed me to collect the full debt owed by my motherAfter going through the same steps of calling and reporting that this account was not suppose to have my name on it, the matter was once again droppedNow a third party agency has bought my mother's debt from the original creditor and is attempting to collect this from me once again because my mother has filed bankruptcy and she is no longer on the account apparentlyI have tried to deal with this in

Answered all questions, their company appreciates customer contact first, very kind and fast to work withAccount resolved after conversations and contacts with the bank on a co-signed account
I have received a month settlement in the mail for an accountI have decided to take advantage of the offerA few weeks after I submitted my payment, it went to the original balance, I called and simply wanted to see when exactly the discount would be taken offWhen some lady got to the phone, she asked me for my full socialI asked her why she needed this( I have called times previously, and the reps run my phone number and ask me to verify the LAST FOUR of my social, along with my date of birth)I also work at a call center, and we do not ask guest to provide things like a full social for security reasons, one big reason is the system could get hacked, and if someone hacks into our recorded phone calls, then the customer information will then be stolenSo I told the rep that I have never provided my full social beforeShe very RUDELY told me that " YOUR SOCIAL IS ALREADY IN THE SYSTEM, THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING I CAN DO WITH YOUR SOCIAL, THAT WE DON'T KNOW ABOUT ALREADY!" I'm more concerned with having my full social saved on a recorded lineHaving your social on a recorded line is a huge security riskSo I asked to speak with managementShe said that management would have to return my phone callWhich she did, and was no help! She basically told me that the employee was doing the right procedureSo they think they can talk to customers anyway that they want to! UGH! They're lucky that anyone is trying to settle the offer, usually once an account goes to collections, the customer usually has ZERO intent in paying it!!
My remaining balance with Credit Control LLC was $ 89.73, but due to not working and no funds availableI had to divide my the payment into two smaller payments of $ Check # was scheduled to be taken out of my bank 12/4/and the remaining $ was to be paid 1/2/17, but the 1/2/was NOT scheduledI forwarded screenshots of my ** bank statement and the two Credit Control checks withdrawsThe screenshot showed Credit Control LLC that both checks had cleared the bank and has put me in minus of $ The overcharge fee showed the same day (around 11:am Est) in the amount of $ and I again emailed Mrs*** another screenshot of my ** bank statementI did received a refund for check # 5, but I am still waiting for the reimbursement for the overdraft feeMrs*** assured me that they check will be send separately, its now days and countingI have send several email to Mrs*** (Manager at Credit Control LLC) with no successful feedbackI have also called countless times and spoken with the operates to please leave a message for Mrs*** and the representative who is in charge of my case to call me backAgain , No responseThey have left me with no further option, but to complain about them to the Revdex.comFurthermore, when Credit Control LLC needed their payment, they had no problem "harassing" me for the payment until I knew my option, to let them know not to call meI had scheduled my payments every first of the month and Credit Control LLC had the audacity to call me the day before to make sure I paidNow that I need my money that is OWED and promised to me, I have to run around for it - I am so doneIf the Revdex.com need any proof of this issue, please feel free to contact meI have all the proof you need

We are in receipt of this complaint filed with your office by Mr***. Upon receipt of this complaint we conducted our investigation into the concerns as set forth by Mr***.Mr*** is concerned that we left messages that did not identify why we were trying to reach him.
Unfortunately, we are not able to provide any information regarding a consumer's personal business in any message, as we have no way of knowing who will hear any message and thus the consumer's personal information would be at risk of disclosure to a third party. Further Mr*** stated that we did not send him any information in writing. We did in fact send a letter to Mr*** which provided him the information he would need to identify the account we were attempting to reach him regarding. While I am unable to provide a copy of the letter or any account information to the Revdex.com to protect Mr***'s personal information, we did provide a copy of the letter and information to the CFPB in response to a complaint Mr*** also filed with their office, and they will provide Mr*** with that letter and information in their response to him. While we would normally reach out to Mr*** directly to assist him in resolving this matter further, he requested in his correspondence that we cease communications with him. As a result of that request we will not be able to assist him further. We have closed our file on his account and returned it to our client

The calls are for *** ***They come from various numbers most frequently *** *** *** ** ***, sometimes they say Canada, sometimes they say unavailableBut if you ask the caller they always say Credit ControlIf you google *** Credit Control LLC is the number that comes up in complaintsWe have received calls since the end of June when I started keeping trackWe are STILL getting calls. I have copies of our cell phone bills, call logs, and our call to Credit Control on 8/telling them it is their last warning before I hire a lawyer to make them quit calling. This company has multiple offices, multiple names and multiple complaintsI want them to stop calling
A representative claiming to be from this has called me almost daily for two months The representative says he/she is calling from Credit Control LLC and that call is about a debt collection
I returned the first call and they asked for someone who is not me I informed them that I am not that person After the phone, I checked my credit via all three bureaus and confirmed that I do not have any outstanding debts Furthermore, I never received any written validation of any debt
According to the FTC, "Every collector must send you a written “validation notice” telling you how much money you owe within five days after they first contact youThis notice also must include the name of the creditor to whom you owe the money, and how to proceed if you don’t think you owe the money."
