I am rejecting this response because:my reasonable offer was rejected, the company's investigation is not accurate and conclusive, as they have asked me to provide many supporting documents to support my claim and disprove the debt I have provided the documents, and they did not use them or share them with the creditor As the desputed charge is a fraudulent charge to me made by the creditor as the original charge has already been paid.This company is a scam, be aware, they use this "escalation" tactic to handle your matter as if something magical will happen,when all their doing is keeping you hooked in for another billing cycle as it takes the responding codays to respond to any challenges sent on your behalf
