We have investigated the additional complaint. When we spoke with the complainant on 4-14-17 we had explained the process of our services and we were found to be compliant with all information provided from the beginning of service.   The complainant received a refund for a portion of the amount paid. This portion was mentioned in the original desired settlement.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I also paid 12.99 for a credit report to credit repair.com that I never got. Plus when I cancelled  before the month was up they told me they will charge me another $24 at the end if this month. Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:On 7/28/2015 a rep from CreditRepair.com named Julie contacted me. She stated she wanted to go over my Revdex.com complaint to get my issues resolved. I explained my situation & the reason I chose to file a Revdex.com complaint. She asked me multiple times what my expectations were to resolve the issue, & I repeatedly requested with her a full refund and complimentary subscription. Each time she became combative & stated she could give me only a partial refund, due to the fact that they were returning most of my funds as if I should think that should be good enough. I stated to Julie that was not satisfactory as my account had been debited a total of FIVE times in the same day unauthorized (3 times $89.95 and 2 times $19.95 TOTALING $309.75). She stated a partial payment had already been submitted (1 charge of $89.95 and 2 charges of $19.95) and she would only reimburse me $50 more dollars, leaving me still to pay $129.90. I once again to her that was not satisfactory & she again asked what would be satisfactory I once again informed her of my original request & she stated she could only partially refund me. In addition to only being able to partially refund me Julie stated CreditRepair.com would BLOCK me as a future subscriber. I inquired as to why would I be blocked as if I did something wrong. Julie stated CreditRepair.com blocks anyone who files a complaint with the Revdex.com, Attorney General, etc. so CreditRepair.com could remain having a great rating. I told Julie I did not agree to that. I also stated it was not satisfied with the fact that she kept asking me what would make me cancel my Revdex.com complaint & when told she would be combative in stating why I should be responsible for paying and that CreditRepair.com was doing more than they had to & I will be BLOCKED. Julie stated she would sent me a email that would allow me to not be blocked. Needless to say I did not get my request nor any email of any sort Julie stated. Although I initially cancelled my subscription in the beginning with intentions on signing up again in the future, they lack of customer service & the handling of this situation is unsettling to me. To BLOCK the reputation of a company, by not allowing consumers to be heard makes me believe there is something to hide & that I was not the only one treated in this manner. Sincerely,[redacted]

Although the charges for the service provided are valid, we are not able to issue a refund as no payment has been made. The complainant’s account has been closed with no further billing.

We have investigated the referenced complaint. The evidence we reviewed indicates that the charges in dispute are legitimate.
We attempted to contact the complainant using the phone number provided in the complaint on 5-4-16 leaving a voicemail and sending an email stating we attempted to contact her. On 5-5-16 we had reached her at the number provided to be told to contact her later in the day. We contacted her at the time requested. A voicemail as well as an email was completed. On 5-6-16 we contacted her again to attempt to reach resolution, only to complete another voicemail and email. in order to resolve this matter but were unable to reach them.
Our services are month to month. The complainant began service on 3-1-16 with a billing date of the 10th of each month. The complainant stopped services 4-28-16. One discounted payment had been made on the entire account. As we respect the privacy and reputations of the complainants, further billing history can be provided if necessary.
We have previously stated that the charges to the account have been closed and no further billing will be attempted.

We have refunded one charge in the amount of $100.89 for the services, although they have been performed. The non-refunded amount is for the set-up of the account which has been completed within the allotted time to cancel the service without being charged. We have established the refund already submitted to be fair as we have provided the services.

The complainant’s concerns had been addressed to the best of our ability. Our records reflect each contact made via email and phone call since membership began May 2014.
Written documentation is not able to be provided until there have been confirmations about the account. The only way to know the name of the correspondent is to listen to his voice mail left minutes earlier.
Multiple attempts have been made to reach this complainant to resolve the expressed concerns. Not being able to speak with this complainant has prevented moving forward.
