Initially upon receiving contact from the company I was going to continue to work with them to see if anything would improve, but I checked my credit reports and scores again this same week and to my dismay my score decreased again. This is been a heartbreaking experience, I thought I was on my way to building something only to end up worse off than when I started.Sincerely,[redacted]
