This company is a disgrace to the industry and the first lady who contacted me admittedly stated they were wrongThe second lady is a liar or incompetentBoth are horrible business techniques.
So, no, I am not satisfied, I am annoyed and treated like a mnTelling me that the credit bureau is wrong and they are right clearly shows this agents agendaPathetic at best.

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: Hello, Yes, it is true I have a zero balance for a cancelled service, however that does not refund the original payment for a service that was never received and why I opened this claim along with a charge back dispute with MasterCard.
I have black and white facts showing that creditrepair.com did not dispute all items in Equafax and Transunion and ZERO items at all on Experian This has been confirmed by Experience that since March when I personally filed disputes that no have since been filed.
Also of April 26, creditrepair.com send letters of forgivement to Toyota Motor Group, but send them to the wrong addresses and they came back in the mail undeliverable.
I do not mind at all paying for a service but I expect to get the service I paid for and I definitely do not expect to be treated like a *** person and told that I don't understand simple facts.
I do expect a full refundIf not received, I will write a formal review on ever website I can find of how creditrepair.com did an incompetant job, then lied to a customer and treated them like they were mentaly ***.
