I went to the store
today for re-selection of sofa but the sofa I liked is not available in stores and I am not interested in ordering furniture onlineI would request a full refund of my purchase price

The customer called us with a cut in the fabric four months after deliveryThis is not covered by the protection plan or the warranty but we have ordered a part for the customer to resolve the issue as a courtesyThe chairs were just reported yesterdayWe will make sure the customer gets a call
today to schedule to have a technician look at their chairs

The only thing we can do at this time is attempt to repair one more time if chaise is not repairable while in our warehouse shop we will see other options

I am rejecting this response because:** *** *** mandates that damaged furniture may be returned for a full refund if the vendor is notified within appropriate timeI contacted the store in person and by phone within hours of delivery noticing them that the furniture delivered was damagedI was not given the option to have the furniture replaced but told that a technician would contact me to schedule an appointmentIf I purchased and paid for brand new furniture why should I have to wait for a technician to come out to repair it?!?!The contract I signed also does not state that all sales are final or that no returns/refunds are allowed, nor was it posted anywhere in the store. think can be replaced he lady said is it only one cushion and I said
I would call you back I have to see, I returned the call
the following day and again lack of communication from the company
and poor follow through this has been over five weeks I've been dealing with

I am rejecting this response because: This is a partial rejection The furniture was supposed to be picked up on Friday and they showed up at instead of after as we instructed them (this is about
the 5th failure in terms of delivery/arrival/pickup by them) They are now supposed to come today, keep in mind that we have been "storing" this furniture for them for a week We have been stuck sleeping on a mattress on the floor and unable to receive delivery of new furniture we purchased because they have not removed this furniture in a timely manner I do want it removed, so if they do come today that partially solves thisHowever, I am rejecting the response because I would like some sort of discount on the dining room furniture that we purchased due to this whole inconvenience and because we need to "store" their goods in our house which in turn, does not allow us to accept delivery on new furniture from another store

MY ORIGIONAL FURNITURE WAS RECALLED AND REPLACED WITH A DIFERENT RECLINER THAN WHAT I ORIGIONALY ORDERED.

Please note that wear and tear is not covered under the protection plan and being that this furniture was purchased almost three years ago and only now reporting peeling through out entire sofa can not happen in five days

We will pick the table up to be refinished in our shop as a courtesy and refund the customer's money for the protection plan the way the paid for it
