Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: I have never cancelled my service, nor have I changed my credit card information as they have claimed because I have bank statements going back to months as well showing my account being billed on the 3rd or later in each of the month except November and DecemberPlus they changed my bill cycle back to the 3rd without a issue or fight after I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com, but still refusing to give or repay me back for the overdrafts they caused me in November and DecemberThey are hoping I will just go away and let them wrong me, but even if I wasn't disabled on a fixed income, I would still fight them over this because they are 100% in the wrongSo they make the $right with me or I would like to take it to the next step by what the Revdex.com tells me to take it toIt's time to make it right WWE or I will do whatever it takes to make you do it.Sincerely,*** ***

*** ***The statement you made was Dave said he was told by Mike B*** the General Manager to come to my house and take pictures of the casters, serial numbers, etcand that was all, nothing was said about the wheels being correct, he said that he assumed that Mike would contact me, which took me calling Revdex.com to get an answer from themI will accept the offer of $and no charge for putting them on, but I would like to have this put in writing and sent to me, have this put in a form of an invoice or something similar showing that I am not being or will be charged anything else besides $I would like to be notified of the approximate time frame of when all this will transpire

This account is set up under a different email address (it has been the same email address since day of subscription, no changes). We are able to find the account, but do notice there has been no access. We will contact the customer to give them the information needed to log in and

I am rejecting this response because: it was never about the money I wanted item that I was promised when I call and ordered it this was not the first time my order has been messed up but at least you were able to fix them I really like wwe and you are making it that I don't want to order from you again *** told me they never even got package and all you did was just refund my money with out even sending me a reason at least you could have at least sent me an email explaining why my money was refunded

I am the General Manager of the Holiday Inn Capitol.I personally spoke to *** *** in reference to their stay with us and their bill**and *** *** stayed at the hotel for nights, were charged for parking for nights and had one charge from our restaurantTheir room rate and taxes
totaled $1,Their parking and DC parking tax totaled $And their one meal in the restaurant was $Their total charges were $1,521.14.**and *** *** extended their stay with us, so their credit card was charged Separate times: January ($268.39), January ($208.39), January 10-charges ($and $140.78) and January 14 ($70.02)Total amount paid was $1,This was the amount they owedTherefore, the balance on their folio was $0.It appears that **and *** *** had difficulty understanding why they were charged timesI explained in detail the charges and the totals*** *** finally understoodThe amounts charged did not reflect any one night room, tax, and parkingThey thought that each day the amounts would be the sameThis in my opinion is what had them confusedI did spend over an hour going over the information line by line with her.And just so you know, in talking to her, I did find out that the first night they stayed with us, they parkedacross the street in another parking garageBecause of this, I am crediting their credit card back one night parking and tax, for a total of S*** *** is aware of this credit.| sincerely hope this answers all of the Revdex.com concerns.Sincerely, Sheri *S*General Manager

Earnhardt Ford denies both improper service and gender discrimination in its dealings with Ms***. Mr*** Ford Taurus has more than 135,miles. She brought it to the dealership with a complaint of a jumping speedometer needle, which she attributed to the need for a
new speedometer cable. Earnhardt Ford technicians examined the cable and the transmission since irregular speedometer readings can be symptomatic of defects in the transmission. A significant transmission fluid leak was identified. Ms*** declined the transmission repair and was not charged for the diagnosis of the transmission leak. Ms*** complaint is discouraging to the dealership. If the dealership had replaced the cable and the irregular speedometer reading had continued as a result of the transmission leak, it is quite likely Ms*** also would have complained. The Radiator was broken when we were removing the oil filter.  We damaged it so we replaced it at no cost to the customer. As far as the door handle goes we are at a crossroads. Upon our inspection we noticed that door handle was glued or Epoxied prior to our service. Our position is that the...

door handle could have broke at anytime on anyone because there was prior damage. All of our stores have video camera's. I was able to go back a watch the technician open the door. He did not use excessive force. He touched it and it broke. Our position is that we are not liable for the broken door handle because of previous damage.
