I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
Only ONE of the orders was in fact refunded the same day (after this complaint was lodged and after I held (on speakerphone) for minutes (I have documentation to reflect this)) and only AFTER I spoke to a rep advising them that this complaint had been filed I literally held for minutes With music playing and no confirmation that I would ever reach a person But I did The customer service rep was in fact apologetic and professional and she processed one of the returns the same day but the other return wasn't processed until a few days later I have received my money back but my "complaint" is not resolved in that it was never actually addressed, all they did was respond to the Revdex.com complaint when I forced their hand.This last call took place on March ***, which is not holiday season, and I was offered no explanation for the hold time of nearly and hour Nearly an HOUR They clearly hoped I would hang up and try again another day.I will never do business with this company againdespite their awesome product offering

All of our title belt orders are manually reviewed for potential fraudulent orders. This is for the protection of both the consumer and WWE. Unfortunately, the manual review did delay this order from being processed in time for next day delivery. I am able to send the customer a
$gift card to use on a future purchase. I apologize that he did not have the belt available to him for the show he was attending. Sincerely, WWE Shop Customer Service

We do not advertise in any of our material that Monday Night *** or Thursday Night *** will be shown on the WWE Network. These two shows are shown on TV. We apologize if the fan misunderstood, but again we do not say this in any of our advertisements.Sincerely,WWE Network Customer

Our Customer Service team only has record of speaking to customer as of June 5th. However, we do see there has been no media access since March 23rd. As the customer thought the account was cancelled and there has been no access, we will issue a refund for the months of charges.

The customer's regular bill date is the 4th of every month. The payment attempt on May 4th was unsuccessful and was retried and was successful on May which likely showed on the customer’s account on the 22nd as noted. We then processed the regular monthly payment on 6/4. The
customer is correct in that there were two charges, but the charges were the May & June regular payments so no money is due to the customer. Sincerely, WWE Network Customer Service
