She is correct on the invoice, I forgot to calculate tax when I entered it She gave us a $check so I adjusted the cost to collect tax and only charge $ As far as the rigid wheels, we used the serial number on the wheelchair to order the wheels through the mfg, that is what they sent as standard items for that chair As far as the issues at the time she received the chair, I can not speak to those as I was not working here at that time I can understand her frustration when she was having issues, we have done company training on wheelchair parts and accessories with our customer service team as a result of this complaint

I will order the wheels today, they should be here by the end of the week At that point Dave will come out to install and bring an invoice with him

We apologize for the issues our fan encountered while at WrestleMania 32 in [redacted] and the delay in getting back to him. [redacted] Stadium did experience a delay in getting fans into the arena due to their ticket scanners breaking, which was unfortunately out of our control. This is not... the experience we intended our VIP fans to have getting in to WM32. We have contacted [redacted] and offered him free tickets to a WWE UK event of his choice. Mr [redacted] did come into store to get supplies on Dec 22, at that time he was advised of his open balance He stated he had not received bills however, it is documented in his record that when he got supplies in April he was mailed copies of his invoices at that time which he made a payment towards the balance days later Patient Aids bills what the insurance companies determines on there EOB's the patient portion which the patient receives from them We can provide that also if the customer requests Our records do indicate that invoices were mailed out & verified mailing address in April and invoices go out weekly as they drop from insuranceWhen Mr [redacted] s came in to store in Decwe did offer at that time to provide him with his supplies that day an only amount we would collect at the time was the copay for current order and offer copies of open invoices He stated he did not have card with him he would at that time and would get back to us We are willing to send any supporting documentation necessary to get this matter cleared up with intent to continue servicing his need

We did not have unit in stock, and the order was canceled within hours by our warehouse teamWe will receive new shipments on Monday at the new price which was increased by our distribution center and that price increase was reflected on our websiteWe apologize for the inconvenience but we do not control distribution pricing for any product on our website

As a company that my family purchases multiple cars a year from and to now hear that I am just being thrown to the side because it’s “out of warranty “ is outrageous I brought it in for the issue last year and your company said there was no issueThe real reason is, your ‘service advisors’ are not smart at all and your company just takes all my money while doing little work to make the car work till I drive off the lotI will be contacting the news to reveal to everyone how you guys can just take people’s money and screw them overAll I want is my car fixed the way it should’ve been the first timeMaybe if you called my old service advisor he would tell you what he had fixed that wasn’t mentioned in the notes

This customer actively subscribed with different email addresses since October of and has received more than one free trial. They have used the service on multiple occasions - we have all dates of usage if needed - so they cannot claim they are being charged` against their
authorization. We have made sure all accounts are canceled but will not refund the disputed amount as they actively used and subscribed to the service. Sincerely, WWE Network Customer Service
