Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: the title alone cost more than dollars so did my ticket for the event ok I understand that you can't give tickets away but I feel the I deserve more than a hundred my title was lost the last representative I talked to said they couldn't find my package then once we got off the phone I recieved a email stating my package had been shipped very strange to me I'm not tryna to be a burden or a a hole but all together I spent over and partially got to enjoy that the way it was ment to be spent Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] Regards, [redacted] Per consumer, Dave the service manager called at noon to see if he could come out 4-5pm and 12:47pm I got the business's reply from the complaint and that total cost was $Dave had an invoice, he changed the wheels and the invoice was for $not $96, Dave says he was never talked to about cost, and he took a copy of the letter back with him, and I wrote the check out for $I got the ridged wheels again, I am not sure why I go onto the brand website of the chair and it comes with smooth wheels, why I got ridged wheels in the first place I don't know, and the second place I don't know, no one ever addressed that issueI don't know difference between ridged and smooth and how it affects mobilityI don't understand that everything else you look at on the internet the chair comes with smooth wheelsThe total lack of communication was beyond beliefThe salesman lost my $check, had a email, started getting past due letters saying that I hadn't paid for the chair, when I hadThey don't call you back when they say they are going to call backMy whole experience has been a nightmareWhen I call them they don't know the answers to the questions about the products and originally was told one price for a service call and it turned out to be another

[redacted] Company no longer makes parts for the convertible top on MrB [redacted] [redacted] When MrB [redacted] brought the vehicle to Earnhardt Ford the hydraulic cylinders for the convertible top were visibly leaking Earnhardt Ford had to place a special order for non-OEM parts for the repair When the parts arrived and were installed, the cylinders were not in sync, resulting in the top not rising evenly A top shop specialist was consulted and it was determined that the new cylinders were defective Replacements for the defective cylinders were ordered When the replacement cylinders were installed, it became clear that the leaking cylinders were not the only challenge with the year old convertible top The pump also was leaking After the pump was replaced, the top shop was able to make the convertible top functional The top cannot be raised with the window up, however, and was not designed to be raised with the windows up In fact, the directions in the owner's manual for raising the top expressly state that the front and rear side windows are to be lowered The time MrB [redacted] vehicle was in service was impacted by the fact that the parts had to be special-ordered, the work required specialists at another shop and the fact that MrB [redacted] asked to store the vehicle at the dealership while he was out of town Earnhardt denies that the frame for the top was bent during any of the repairs It also denies that the initial cylinders were incorrect The cylinders were defective, but not incorrect Mary [redacted] W***/General Counsel

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I logged into my account today, which successfully logged in It says I do not have an active subscription, which I paid I did receive a call from WWE Network yesterday at a bad time, I was at work I asked them to call back today and they asked what time We agreed on o'clock PM No call was received The issue is still not resolved and at this point, just process my refund and I'll do business somewhere else Sincerely, [redacted]

Other than this being a product issue, this is also a customer service issueI filed a complaint over a month ago about my Wrestlemania Axxes [redacted] Premium VIP photo not working with the blue card given to me to at Wrestlemania Axxes April 3rdI provided card number and description of myself in the photo to a Frances F [redacted] VP Operations & Partnership who's email is [email protected] hasnt responded in well over a month either and I can provide a screenshot of this guy and I's convoIt has been a month and days since the event and I would just like my $I paid.At this point I would just want a refund of the $because I dont even have what I paid for and I worked hard for that money to meet himI can provide [redacted] printed receipt and on [redacted] appAlso I've heard from other's past complaint that they received a signed autograph photo as a resolution for their issueJust saying that will NOT solve my issue
