The business still not recognizing that I tried to follow their path for a transfer and that it failed multiple times and absolutely zero customer support was given in the processThey have tried to get me to give them more money in a promise of a refund of that, yet they state they do not do refunds of any kind which is completely contradictory of what they have saidThey are clearly capable of doing refundsThey still will not recognize my request and continually ask what I would like to do.This has been dragging out for almost monthsI am still requesting a full refund of $and would like this ended and move on

Tough Mudder has provided the customer with two different options to transfer to an event next yearWe are awaiting his response on what option works best for him

I am not able to attend the Tough Mudder event in the Twin Cities because I have a family reunion that weekend I will however accept a transfer to the Chicago event for Saturday August *** if Tough Mudder can change my tickets then I am fine with that solution. Thanks

have had all of our contact information already There is no need to "gather" the information as they have indicated We preregistered many months before the event and they knew that my team was entitled to shirts along with the many other people long before the actual event They did collect our information the day of the event, which was a month ago, and said they would send us a shirtNo one has heard anything since and there are various posts by multiple unrelated parties on their *** page indicating that Tough Mudder is not responding to their inquires This is a continual issue that many people are facing with poor customer service compounded by the fact that they refuse to give a phone number to contact someoneIt appears that this is because they are contracting with a third party in another country to handle all customer inquiriesIn addition since our event there has been no direct or indirect contact to inform the participants that they are in the process of giving us our under armour shirtsThis includes no mass email even though they took all off our emails when they couldn't provide the shirtsIt also includes no posts on their *** page indicating that they are handling this matter So I fail to see what they exactly are doing that it takes a month to gather the information they already had available and they clearly are not making an effort to give the participants what was agreed to This is not a low budget even and many people pay a large entry fee to participate knowing that a decent portion of the cost goes towards the high quality shirts that are provided to the participants. Until they can provide me with a tracking number for my product, this issue is not resolved.

with the customer service of this organization has been the primary issue all alongThe fact it took the Revdex.com to get involved to get a response (which was immediate once the Revdex.com got involved) is completely out of lineI could have received a "no" on the fee waiver months ago and settled for thatTough Mudder has issued a transfer but in my opinion, things have already escalatedI should never have had to get the Revdex.com involved to finally get the attention of this company that has ignored any realistic response to my contact for monthsI received a note from the company that they do not issue refunds yet that's exactly what I'm seekingIf they refuse to issue the refund, then their response will still be rejected by me as a dissatisfied customer

Hi,This case was not resolvedI was out of the country with out access to email or phone from June ** to July * Tough Mudder responded to my original complain that it was being handled through TM customer supportAgain this is not the case because they do not respond to any of my emails, or acknowledge any of the questions that are in my complaintI want this handled through Revdex.com due to severe lack of response from Tough Mudder and the fact that I am unable to contact them because they will not supply a phone number or answer emailsI was send a response to my complaint from Tough Mudder on July *** stating that I had days to respond to themI was unable to due to not having access to email or phoneThey did not answer any of my questions from my complaint sent to them nor did they try to resolve any of the problems or offer a refund, they simply stated that even though they have a option on their website for a transfer it may not be openI am still requesting a full refund and that this case be re openedThis has been dragging out since the middle of May and it is not the last day in July
