I will not mark my complaint as "resolved" because Tough Mudder failed to provide a respectable solutionThey did not hold up their end of the business agreementThis is robberyHalf of the obstacles were closed due to weather, no photographs for the same reason, and they failed to provide emergency care to those who needed itIf any other business did not provide the service as advertised they would not receive paymentTough Mudder requires payment up front and then hides behind a "no refund" clause intended to hold the attendee responsible should they not be able to make it for their own personal reasonsThe clause does not give the company the right to take peoples money and not provide the service they offeredThis is ridiculousMight as well just say here pay $200-$300, the race will be between and km, it may have between 5-obstacles, there's no guarantee we'll have photos of your event, and safety is not guaranteed but by the way there are no refunds, Take your chances! But of course no one would pay for the event if they knew this is how you are treated once they have your moneySo nomy complaint was not resolved, and tough Mudder has made it very clear, it never will be resolvedBecause that's how they do "business"

Mudder did contact me via email today (10/**/16). The support staff advised that my volunteer codes should be working and provided links to redeem them. I clicked the link, followed the instructions from Luke and it did not work. The registration process attempted to charge me $for a race entry fee when it should be free. I responded back to Luke'e email at *** and explained the outcome. I requested that he attempt manually register my two sons for the race. I am awaiting his response.WHY cant someone from Tough Mudder treat me like a valued customer/volunteer and take freaking minutes to call me to resolve this issue??? I have been attempting to register my sons since September ***.Thank you for your assistance

they did honor the advertised price and manually completed the registration I am not sure if they fixed the website issue that caused the initial problem
