to refund me to cover the cost so I pay Seattle at its original price which sounds very fare to me, but then they want to take back $US from me for a transfer fee that I was never even told was removed a ways back when I transferred races. So hear you go have $US dollars back but now we will charge you $US dollars for something we did for you a ways back and removed this fee but never expressed that you removed that fee for me. Give a little, take a lot! Just truly feel I should pay what Seattle's original price was $USA and thats itNO other fees, no other charges, simple and to the point!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the immediate matter has been resolvedIn retrospect, their process was confusing and counter-intuitive Furthermore, their method of communication for dealing with customers who are experiencing difficulties is extremely frustrating I would applaud any effort by this company to re-vamp their customer support protocols

Tough Mudder has waived Nick's transfer fee as a courtesy to himHe can now register for next year with no chargeThis issue is now resolved

The last correspondence from *** indicated that she was all set and the issue was resolved

are saying that my claim was denied because I booked the event with a known injury historyHowever, I was not having issues with my medical issue at the time of booking and only recently have reaggravated the injuryI asked them to provide me with the information regarding where in their terms it specifically states that I could not claim a refund because of a known injuryThey could not provide that information, which tells anyone with common sense that this is an invalid reason to deny a refund claimThey have redirected me back to the booking project team and have not resolved my issue

Tough Mudder has made an effort to resolve my issueThey have assigned my wife and I transfer codes for a future race and have told us to email them to request a refund of the $transfer fees (applicable when we register for a race)However, there is currently no option to sifor a race in my areaI am hopeful Tough Mudder will help us sign up for an NJ race in I believe we are close to resolving this issue
Please note, since we are still waiting for a final answer from Tough Mudder, I am leaving the above response to ensure my issue is not closed prematurely by the Revdex.com

The company says that they will handle itI will believe it when I see it and I have checked the Eventbrite website to see if they have changed my ticket like I have requested (and as they imply they will do) and the ticket has not been changedNormally I would give the company the benefit of the doubt but they have proven to me that they are unable to follow through on their customer service.
