Attempt to return an item
I mistakenly purchased two items (men's leisure pants - package of three) the same color. I wished to return one of the packages that was never opened.
I contacted Daily Steals about returning the package explaining why I wanted to return the package. They responded a day or so later (case # 7178949) and said I needed to send a photo of the two identical packages. I responded that that wasn't possible since one package had been opened and laundered. I also told them that that was a ridiculous request since they had my order in their files and could just check my order in their records and see the duplicate order. I haven't received a response. All I wanted, was to return this unopened package and get a refund. Not difficult at all. I finally found a telephone number for Daily Steals Customer Service and called it. I received a recorded message telling me to contact them on line and then hung up on me.
What horrible customer service, the worst I've ever experienced. I give Daily Steals a 0 in a scale of 10, with 10 being the best rating.

Bought a refurbished Moto 46mm from Daily Steals, received in days from purchase, and it looked and worked just like brand newIt seems like most of the people on here writing negative reviews are complaining about the lack description when in reality the issue is that they didn't read everything about the product, its not the websites fault is peoples ignorance

I bought pairs of shorts, they sent me the wrong size, I sent repeated e-mails to their support and received no reply after almost weeks nowI have bought numerous items from them over the past few years., items were OK..but they apparently have no customer support in placeI will not buy from them again nor would I recommend them, they have no right being in business in they can not provide any product support or rectify their shipping errors
