Daily steals is the worst! They took my money out of my account and I paid for the overnight or two day shipping and it has been days and I still haven't gotten my watch I cannot believe I spent all this money and have got nothing in return I've been mugged basically I feal horrible and will never order a thing from this site again BEWARE DO NOT ORDER FROM DAILY STEALS THEY ARE CALLED DAILY STEALS BECAUSE THEY DAILY STEAL FROM PEOPLE

The business needs to send a shipping label because merely sending an RMA # without a shipping label makes the customer liable for the defective productI need a shipping label which has been paid for by DailystealsBy not indicating that the customer is responsible for the returns, they bear the burden of shipping back their defective product
More so, they did not need me to contact Revdex.com for them to start any meaningful communication than the perfunctory and general messages they sent to me

final comments -It had been a very awful and frustrating experience with Daily StealsI now regret I chose Daily Steals for ordering my Laptop.My order was kept pending for almost days and I kept on following for the shipment of my orderMy order was finally canceled without my express consentIt was really painful experience on my business with Daily Steals.I am choosing to close my complaint as I don't want to suffer further with this retailerI got intimation that my money has been refunded but I lost all good offers of *** *** and will have to wait for the same to order for my new laptop againThanks Revdex.com for at least providing a channel to raise my concerns and getting my full refund backThanks again!

This unit had a warranty of daysWe are unable to further assist with a refund or replacement for this return for this reason

This place is very shady. I won one of their "rush" items and made the purchase on May [redacted] 2015. Two months later my item hasn't shipped. Whenever I contact support I'm given vague and dismissive answers. I tried to cancel the order and was told I am unable to cancel or get a refund. For the item I never received.
So I disputed it with my credit card company. Be WARY of this business.

Because dailysteals has been unresponsive to numerous previous inquiries, I also attempted to get my money refunded via [redacted], [redacted] and [redacted].  But, because there are so many intermediaries between me and dailysteals, no single entity is honoring the refund.  They are rejecting it and "passing the buck" telling me to try it via some other method.  [redacted] has not issued any chargeback/refund, and I think this case has not been rejected or closed yet.
It seems as if, because of the partial refund that was issued to cover the missing item from the original purchase, no one is smart enough to issue the remaining refund.  Perhaps everyone is crippled by the limitations of their IT systems' ability to handle this 2nd partial refund.  But that is not sufficient reason to not honor warranties or refunds.
If you are unable to refund the $75.99 refund because of the open [redacted] dispute to issue a full refund of the original $99.99 purchase price, then I suggest you respond to [redacted]'s inquiries to you regarding this same matter than I am pursuing through the Revdex.com and clear this up with them.
But I don't care how I get the remaining $75.99 refunded.  You can issue it through [redacted].  You can send me a check.  You can send me a [redacted] gift card.  Whatever.
How do you wish to refund me the remaining $75.99?
