Ridiculous companyIf you buy anything, expect no sort of communicationsExpect almost a month for your item to get to you Shameful company!

The customer reversed the [redacted] charge before we refundedThis is why she did not see the refund when I issued it; she got her money back 2/**Our system OK'd the refund because it saw that the money was already refundedAttached please find the screen shot of our [redacted] account indicating that the charge was reversedI understand that we took too long to ship but I am not sure what outcome the customer wants when she already got her money back months ago, and is saying she is still waiting for her refundWe cannot double-refund her

Wow, I wish I would have seen this site before I bought a laptop from Daily StealsI didn't notice that buried down in the description was: Condition: Refurbished Yes, my bad for not reading ALL the details, but really? Way to BURY THE LEAD! Perhaps that should be stated in the Title? So you can imagine when it arrived, I was very surprised to see what I was thinking was a new computer as an old, bangone Not wanting to go through the torturous return process, I decided to make the best of itI got it all set up and my kids were all using itThey were pretty happy because this was their first computer At four months it just diedCompletelyIt would not startI tried reinstalling and repairing the operating system, but there was apparently some bad hardware on it The warranty was only for days, so I was only a month pastI'm not sure there is a single human on the planet that thinks a laptop should only work for days Here was their enthusiastic reply: "Thank you for getting back to me! I apologize for the inconvenience! We're unable to accept a return past the warrantyOnce it expired we're not accepting returns, no exceptionsWe give customers reasonable time to return an item if there are any problems with it Thank you for your understanding If there is anything else I can assist you with, please don't hesitate to askI am happy to help!
