Customers order was received 05/**/2014 and refunded on 6/**/2014 with refund transaction [redacted] for 159.00.

Review: In a nutshell, DailySteals sells counterfeit Apple products. Specifically, on 2013-09-** the site featured a "4-pc Power Bundle for iPhone 4/4S." - http[redacted] While the copy on this sale did not claim the products were Apple OEM (although they wrote it in a way that indicated they'd be happy if people were led to believe they were OEM), when the products arrived, the power plug — the square piece that plugs into the wall socket, and into which one plugs the USB cord that connects to the phone — included Apple branding, Apple part numbers, and was clearly designed to deceive purchasers into thinking they bought an Apple product. - It's the bottom item in this image, which is displayed on the page linked above: http[redacted] But it is a counterfeit charger. DailySteals KNEW they were not selling an Apple product (thus avoiding saying "Apple" in the description), and they KNEW the product they were selling was COUNTERFEIT. (Had they been deceived themselves, they would have claimed "OEM" in their sales copy, and yet the product very clearly tries to pass itself off as being made by Apple.) Thus, DailySteals was knowingly a party to retail fraud.Desired Settlement: 1) I would like a refund ($7), not because I thought I was getting Apple equipment, but because what I received, being a counterfeit item, is not a product I trust to not damage the device for which I bought this charger. A third-party product that admits to being third-party could be a good product — an alternative to Apple's expensive equipment. But a counterfeit product is first and foremost designed to deceive. Quality is not relevant to someone creating a counterfeit. Only deception for the sake of making a sale is relevant. But more importantly, my desired outcome would be... 2) For DailySteals to cease its willful participation in fraud — to commit to not selling counterfeit electronics. Ideally, they should contact everyone to whom they have sold counterfeit products — regardless of whether or not DailySteals made false claims about the origin of said products — and offer refunds and apologies for their part in the fraud.

Review: I ordered my package on 5/**/13, and never received it. I sent many emails, at first they give me the wrong tracking number. They said it will take two days to fix the wrong tracking, nothing has been fixed. They don't have a number that you can actually talk to a person. The emails take to long to respond.Desired Settlement: I just want my package. I need that labtop, it was a good deal.

To Whom It May Concern,

Review: I placed order #[redacted] on April **, 2015. This order was for $140.00 for 4 vaporizers. All of the vaporizers are defective & do not work. I first contacted DailySteals.com customer service over 3 months ago explaining this issue. Their website states that a full refund will be given for defective products. Customer service would not give me an address to return the merchandise or issue refund stating that they first had to get information from second party seller. I have contacted customer service 3 more times requesting return address & refund & have received the same answer.Desired Settlement: I wish to return the defective products for a full refund.

Business

Response:

Hello [redacted],I am sorry to hear about the issues you have experienced with these items. Our records show that you were refunded in the total amount of $124.00 for all 4 vaporizers on August [redacted]. We will not need the items returned to us. [redacted] - $37.00[redacted] - $16.00[redacted] - $34.00[redacted] - $37.00If you have any questions or concerns, please let me know.

Sincerely,

Review: I ordered and received an iPad from Dailysteals.com anvertised with wifi. ipad starts up but does not pick up wifi signal, signifying there is a problem with the internal antenna. The iPad is all but useless without active wifi. I emailed the company 3 times with no response and have made many phone calls to their office only to be directed to a mailbox that is full and can receive no more messages. This looks like a sham company and all I want is a refund and I will happily return the iPad.Desired Settlement: Full refund at which time I will return the merchandise. I believe that if I ship the iPad back previous to receiving a refund, I will lose the initial purchase price and the iPad.

Sincerely,

Review: I ordered 4 sets of sheets from this company. One was opened to check fit. It was advertised as a king sized sheet set. I have a standard sized mattress and it does not fit. I contacted teh company and asked for return shipping and a refund. Daily steals stated that I would be responsibe for the return shipping and wantes a 15% restocking fee. As noted on their return policy I would not have an issue with this however the sheet set was mis advertised and does not fit.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund on all sets of sheets plus the company should be responsible for the shipping because the product that was sent does not fit and was not advertised for smaller than standard.

Business

Response:

This item was listed as only fitting up to 10 inch mattress. as listed here "This comfortable bed set from HB Collection wraps around mattresses up to 10 inches deep." Customer was offered to return the sheets at their expense due to no error on our end.

Consumer

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

[Your Answer Here]

They want me to pay for shipping on the sheets for return. I have an 8" thick mattress. They want me to jump through hoops to get pictures for them and even then, they wont take the return on the one that was opened to check the fit. How can I determine it is defective without opening the package and checking? Easy answer...you cant. This is common sense. Long and the short of this issue is an unreasonable company wanting customers to go through extrodinary lenghths while making the process as difficult as possible and accepting no responsibility for the product they sell.

In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.

Review: I purchased a Blackberry Storm 2 9550 for $69.00 from Daily Steals on June **, 2013. The advertisement stated that a 16gb memory card was included with the phone. It was not. I have contacted this company twice about this issue, on July** and July **. Below I have enclosed showing the original purchase conformation, Pay Pal conformation, and Subsequent emails trying to get this straightened out. Notice the second email that they sent to me with product description link on it.Desired Settlement: I want the 16gb memory card that was advertised as included in the order.

Business

Response:

Hello,

We sincerely apologize for the headache this order caused. We do not have a 16GB microSD card to send to [redacted]. We do have 8GB mircoSD cards in stock and we have created a replacement order for two 8GB microSD cards for [redacted]. We have also offered [redacted] a $10 partial refund via the PayPal dispute that she has opened. If further assistance is needed please let us know.

Review: I ordered and item from "Ice Monkey" which is attached to "Daily Steals" on Oct **, 2013 for $9.99 and another item on Oct **, 2013 for the amount of $4.99. The money was pulled out of my banking account but I NEVER recieved my products. I emailed the company's customer service via email because that is the only line of communication available. I explained that I made the orders, the money was taken out of my account and that I never recieved the products. No response, so I sent the same email again. This time I was told that I needed to provide a copy of my bank statment. I provided a copy of my bank statement and I have not heard from them since. I sent another email stating that I wanted my money back in the same manner in which it was taken, immediately. I am very frustrated that this company can just take my money and NEVER fulfill their commitment to me as a customer and then just ignore my plea for my money back.Desired Settlement: I want my money back!!

Business

Response:

No orders in the system. I have contacted customer by email to get more info.

Review: I have ordered few products online on August [redacted] 2015 and paid the total amount of $25 to dailysteals. The order confirmation mail which stated that the products will be delivered with in 7-10 working days but its nearly 2 months now. The money has left my bank and was transferred to this company. I have emailed at least 3 different times within the last 1 month asking for a shipment information or any updates available that would inform me on the status for the order and the items. I have tried to call the company customer care and all the time no one is there pick the call and can hear one messages that voicemail is full and can't reach now. I have not heard back from this company at all in-spite of repeated follow-ups.Desired Settlement: The business and its customer care should have the courtesy to respond or should follow-up with the customer in case of any problems with their advertisements or products. I don't want any products and want the amount to be refunded.

Review: I bought a iphone 4s from Daily steals for $169.00 and it has an issue with the battery so returned the item based on the RMA details given to me. I checked the product is received by them and they said they are going to refund the amount within 15 days I am following it up for more than 3 months now they are saying the refund was given on ** April 2015 but there is no any refund issued yet and I also checked with my Bank there is no any refund received.Desired Settlement: I want my money back

Business

Response:

Hello [redacted],I apologize for the delay with your refund. On April [redacted] you provided us with your credit card information so that our accounting department could refund you. A refund in the amount of $169.00 was issued via transaction ID [redacted] and cleared on April [redacted]. On April [redacted], we received an email from you stating that you had a new credit card issued to you to replace the card we refunded and that you had not received the refund. The refund was successfully processed to the original card on April [redacted]. If this card was closed, the refund would be sent to your bank account, not the closed card.

I have checked this issue with the bank, even with changed card the card number was same and only the Expiry date was changed. Hence as per the bank process the refund will be debited to my account even they use by previous card details. So it does not look like the refund is given and the bank cannot trace anything with the transaction ID. I have also inquired with the bank regarding dispute but the transaction was crossed 120 days so they are not able raise the dispute.

Business

[Your Answer Here]

Everything that they said was false, it took a month for chargers to be delivered only after I filed a complaint. I asked numerous times for a refund within the month and got no response which is why I filed the complaint. I see that there are numerous claims filed against your company and the customer service is non existent you only respond when you're backed into the wall!

Response:

Review: CS provided me with a $15 coupon code because of their system error resulting in me not being able to order an item while on sale. When I went to use the code a few days later, I got another error saying something like "discount can not currently be processed". Contacted CS again, and they apologized and said I should place the order and then give them the order # so they could issue the credit. I placed an order for $19 and sent them the order number right away.

After no responses for a week, they finally replied and said that the coupon code they gave me was already used and that they wouldnt issue the credit.

I never used the code, and didnt place an order with the code because it didnt work. I emailed them and told them this and asked them to give me the details of how/when (order #?) the code was used. They again arent responding.

Their responses up to and including when they asked me to place the order were probably all less than 12 hours. Since asking for the credit, it has taken a week to get any response from them.

I can provide the full email thread if needed.Desired Settlement: They need to honor the arrangement and credit me the $15

Business

Response:

Review: My brother and me place a order for a massage chair for $939.00 through their website on june * as a father day present with my brother credit card, they send 2 email right after the order. First email was a confirmation of my order. The second email says delivery of july **. Which I don't understand, do they mean is it being delivered to my house on july ** or is july ** the date it will be ready to deliver out from their place. They never sent a email with a tracking number like they usually do and they never tell me if it was shipped out yet. Worst part was they only responded back to my first email out of at least 4 from what I can remember. I remember the respond I got from my first email was they where trying to find out the status of my order, after that they had stop responding back to all my other emails. I try calling in through phone and only answer machine pick up telling me to send in a email then hang up on me. I know there was no delivery made because there was never a missed delivery slip on my front door and I don't remember the date I sent in the complaint.Desired Settlement: It has been over 2 months and I doubt I will ever get it now, so I would want a refund back to my brother credit card.
