It is not a new itemA new item has never been used beforeThis has obviously been used before as the warranty from *** has expiredThe warranty period with *** starts when the product is first registeredThe product is only registered when you turn it on, and during setup it gets registered with ***The product had obviously been registered in the past or the *** warranty would not have expired.I would like to have a new charger sent as the one that was originally included is defective (you cannot get any USB cable--including the one sent with the product--into the charger)I would also still like an apology for misleading advertising*** ships their products in a white boxThis product came in a multicolored boxWhite box in the computer world refers to the actual case of a generic computer--not the type of shipping container it is shipped in (I work for a large computer manufacturer, so I know)Misleading advertising.Please send a new charger and an apology

This company is selling counterfeit products The product I purchased was advertised as an authentic *** It came in their package and was labeled as such When the cheaply made product broke and I contacted ***, I was informed it was not genuine I emailed the company, which they ignored Do NOT trust this company or purchase their knock-off products!

First let me state that there was zero response during this time after I notified daily steals about the second laptopThe answer that they were closed for the holidays is incorrect I responded to the initial email within minutes of their reply hence they were still open only then did I send follow ups at which time I never received a response stating that they were close for the holidays, as they stated in their response I have all the emails to show this evidenceAs for contacting the supplier, go aheadThat does not answer what I am looking forSend me the RMA number and issue a full refundThat is the answer I wantI gave this two attempts to get this right.
