[redacted] was the service technician from d & h air conditioning co. who came to my home today to repair some problems with the thermostat. he completed the repair quickly and efficiently and he was very professional and friendly.
D & H Air Conditioning service technician, [redacted] is extremely knowledgeable on the A/C and heating unit in my house. He is thorough when inspecting the units. He checks things that other technicians would overlook and because he does this, he found problems others would miss. Now he can repair/replace the faulty parts before the unit fails. [redacted] is courteous and professional. This is why I do business with D & H and would not hesitate to refer people to them.

I have been a customer of D & H going on four years and I have never had a complaint about them,. Last summer my A/C went out, they came out and checked and said there was a leak in the coil - they'd have to order a new coil. In the meantime it was 100+ degrees outside - - but they came out several times to add Freon to the system so that we could be cool until the new coil came in.
I have never had a problem with their service or their technicians.
D & H provides service technicians who are courteous and seem well qualified. I have no complaints about the service I have received and plan to renew my service contract in the future.
