As part of my yearlong service agreement, [redacted] O came out this week to make sure my AC would stand up to the predicted summer heat coming soon. He found a few issues that mainly were as a result of age - my unit is 9 years old and on the roof. He not only explained what was wrong, what it would take to fix it, what it would cost, etc, he also broke it down into manageable options to take care of it all. Always polite, friendly and professional, I'd feel comfortable recommending D&H and [redacted] in particular to anyone who's looking for heating and cooling technicians.
The technician, [redacted], was very courteous and professional. He explained everything to my satisfaction and performed the maintenance on my heating unit promptly and cleanly.
we had an issue with our old air conditioner. Called D&H and they were able to come the next day. The tech [redacted] came out and was able to fix the issue on the spot with parts carried on his truck.
He had to climb up on the 2 story roof several times to get this done and showed me what went wrong while working on the unit.
Well the a/c works again!

[redacted] was very professional. He was on time, giving us a telephone call before he arrived. He also discovered a part of our system that has not been cleaned before. We have a dog, which sheds hair. This was a great pick up as the coil was very dirty and had significant dog hair that escaped the regular filter.
Servicing by [redacted] was on time as scheduled, and was done thoroughly, quickly and politely, with recommended repairs and status of system fully explained. Repairs to AC unit done same day, and arrangements made promptly for a convenient time for fix to gas line to furnace.
D & H Air Conditioning Technician [redacted] was very knowledgeable about system, after troubleshooting and analyzing system he was able to correct "Service Filter Indicator" fault on controller. Was able to reset system with no further action needed..
His positive attitude and professionalism is really appreciated.
