[redacted] was very professional, he was also very personable! Checked system out and reported back to me. Also had me sign up for another year and explained why D&H didn't offer multi year contracts any more.
Although I had to wait a week after my first appointment (which D & H canceled), I was again impressed by the courtesy and thorough work of the technician. This time [redacted] When he came across a possible problem with the gas valve, he discussed several options. Fortunately, the valve started to operate and we will continue to watch out to be sure that it keeps operating while [redacted] checks into the availability and cost of the part.
I'm very glad that I chose a long-terms service contract plan. Every season the heating-cooling unit is checked and I'm just about worry-free.
