The service person coming to your home is very professional and thorough. Within the past month this vendor responded to my request to resolve why my AC unit not running. They found condenser fan motor had seized and replaced together with a contactor and starting capacitor. Total bill: $1196.00 including 1 year maintenance which was not wanted. This is an example of being grossly overcharged. They have since refunded me the one year maintenance cost. Technical service was professional,but billing and inflated cost structure would not pass muster with many consumers or businesses.

[redacted] did a thorough seasonal inspection. A second visit was made two days later to replace a faulty thermostat / outdoor thermometer with a new wireless model. Works flawlessly. It was very obvious that [redacted] was smart, quick, and knew exactly what he was doing. He wore booties when working inside...a thoughtful plus. D&H and [redacted] get an A+.

They have always been helpful in guiding us through the choices and stood by their products with their maintenance plans. When we experienced another failure at the end of the warranty period, D & H went through our choices, pros and cons, and costs. It was my choice without pressure. Their servicemen and salesmen have been professional, cheerful and courteous. I would gladly recommend them to everyone.
