The service technician that came out was awesome, gave good information and pictures of everything that was wrong with the unit. He then broke down what needed to be replaced immediately, what could wait, and what would most likely fail soon. He was very nice and helpful in helping me make a decision on what to do with my a/c system.

Recently had [redacted] Wood out to perform fall start up inspection on the furnace. [redacted] is a great guy and very personable.
we have been a customer of d&h for 7 years in tucson az. we are winter residents and have owned a home here for 7 years. because we only spend about 5 months/year here and the balance at our home in ohio, we don't want any problems with heating and a/c. d&h installed a new heating and a/c unit several years ago and we have a maintenance contract with them to provide semi annual inspections and preventative care. we have only had two technicians over this period and the second one just started today. both technicians seem highly trained and conscientious.
