It was good. I had an issue with my heater and the service tech, [redacted], came out on time. He told me I had a issue with the blower motor possible going out and got it working again. The company will call about prices of the motor tomorrow.
He was very coordial and knew what he was doing.

The service technician that came out was awesome, gave good information and pictures of everything that was wrong with the unit. He then broke down what needed to be replaced immediately, what could wait, and what would most likely fail soon. He was very nice and helpful in helping me make a decision on what to do with my a/c system.
Purchased new HVAC system in June 2016. Everything went very well and it was done on time. System is very efficient, as promised. Really impressed with the entire staff during the install. Recently had [redacted] Wood out to perform fall start up inspection on the furnace. [redacted] is a great guy and very personable.
we have been a customer of d&h for 7 years in tucson az. we are winter residents and have owned a home here for 7 years. because we only spend about 5 months/year here and the balance at our home in ohio, we don't want any problems with heating and a/c. d&h installed a new heating and a/c unit several years ago and we have a maintenance contract with them to provide semi annual inspections and preventative care. we have only had two technicians over this period and the second one just started today. both technicians seem highly trained and conscientious.
[redacted] was on time and completed his maintenace inspection in a professional manner. He then explained what he had done, and the results of the inspection.
