[redacted] was the service technician from d & h air conditioning co who came to my home today to repair some problems with the thermostat he completed the repair quickly and efficiently and he was very professional and friendly
D & H Air Conditioning service technician, [redacted] is extremely knowledgeable on the A/C and heating unit in my house He is thorough when inspecting the unitsHe checks things that other technicians would overlook and because he does this, he found problems others would miss Now he can repair/replace the faulty parts before the unit fails [redacted] is courteous and professional This is why I do business with D & H and would not hesitate to refer people to them
As part of my yearlong service agreement, [redacted] O came out this week to make sure my AC would stand up to the predicted summer heat coming soonHe found a few issues that mainly were as a result of age - my unit is years old and on the roofHe not only explained what was wrong, what it would take to fix it, what it would cost, etc, he also broke it down into manageable options to take care of it allAlways polite, friendly and professional, I'd feel comfortable recommending D&H and [redacted] in particular to anyone who's looking for heating and cooling technicians

We purchased our HVAC system from D & H + years ago and have had service contracts with them ever sinceWe had a problem three years ago where a technician left a task incompleteBefore the day was over a D & H supervisor was at our house, ordered a replacement gasket, had the gasket air shipped to Tucson AND didn't charge us labor or parts AND gave us a full year of service contract at NO CHARGENow really, how can you do any better than that?
