I called D&H as I was having a problem with my thermostat on my 4-year-old system Jacob came out, I told him the problem, and he knew immediately what was causing it He not only fixed it for me, he also did an inspection of the unit and replaced a small part that needed it He was friendly and professional and a very pleasant young man

This is an update to my previous reviewI chose D&H because of their professional behavior and timely response since other companies seemed unreliable and did not follwith the quotes I had received They were certainly not the cheapest quote, but I've recently had to deal with some very dishonest contractors and thought the cost would reflect in their work ethic and final product, and thankfully it did! After some redesigning, they replaced and installed an entire external duct system in one day Originally, I had a dispute concerning some sheet rock repair that I believed was covered in the contractD&H addressed my concerns in a timely fashion and went out of their way to make sure I was happy with the final work I appreciate their dedication to customer service and commitment to upholding their local reputationThis experience was is so different from dealing with private contractors, so I really appreciate itThis is a very trustworthy company!
*** ** & *** arrived at my home to perform a Spring maintenance check for my ACI was extremely pleased with their knowledge, their clarification of needs and their performance to meet those needsThey worked as a good team which resulted in an in depth inspection in a shorter amount of time than with only one person And last, but not least, they were congenial and considerate during the entire time I would like to have them return again during the next scheduled maintenance
*** * our service technician was courteous, professional and knowledgable about our HVAC system He arrived on time, performed a thorough checkup on our system and explained what he had done
D & H Semi- Annual Check up was due and ***was dispatched to perform maintenance check While checking system functionality out he noted that the Surge Protector had been over stressed Troubleshoot system, verified bad Surge Protector, removed and replaced, checked system out and all worked well
***was very knowledgeable on the A/C system, proficient and friendly

D&H performs semi-annual inspections of our heat pumps to keep them in top working condition Rene has been servicing our units for several years, and we are most pleased with his work He is very knowledgeable and explains things thoroughly, makes sensible recommendations, and is a very honest and trustworthy person We have found that to be true of D&H in general They have installed or replaced several heat pumps in our home over the past decade and we have been very pleased with every aspect of their work
*** with D&H did an annual inspection on my gas furnace He arrived on time and asked history of furnace as this was the first visit by D&H, then proceeded with the inspection He said furnace is in good shape even though years old He checked for air flow and air temp coming through all ventsDiscussed types of filters Asked if I needed anything else done and left a record/receipt of visit plus contact numbers for future reference He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and proficient (mentioned all their technicians are certified) Noticed I don't have a CO alarm and recommended I get one or more for my safety, which I will do soon, and where to place them I was very pleased with the service on this visit and signed up for a future AC check I plant to have furnace checked by D&H again next winter
All of the D & H Heating and Cooling staff is GREAT, esp*** (my service tech)Their communication about my appointments has always been very good, and *** is prompt and courteous
I an writing to compliment D&H Air Conditioning for their quick response, knowledge of the work to be done and their professionalism during the process They worked from early morning until late afternoon to make sure everything was done according to our contract and did not leave until everything was in positive working order and they also cleaned up the debris This has been a totally positive experience all the way through Quick response, competitive cost and we are so glad we called D&H
*** is an outstanding technicianHe is thorough, knowledgable, and efficientWhile replacing my thermostat, he also completed a check of all the components of my air conditioning unitDuring this process, he identified an issue with the fan, replaced it, and checked to make sure the new one was working properly*** also spent time helping me set up the app on the cell phone for the new thermostat, and helped me have the two devises communicateI really appreciate his friendliness, professional attitude, and his work ethic
