*** ** provided semi-annual maintenance on our air conditioning system today During the review he discovered an oil leak in the fan bearing on one of of the compressors He showed us the leaking unit and gave us our options We had him replace the fan motor to avoid an untimely failure All other service checks *** conducted indicated no further problems *** was polite, professional, competent and thorough We very much appreciate the service he provided Thank you Kelem and D&H Air Conditioning Company, Inc

During an extremely hot Tucson, AZ spell our air conditioner decided to suddenly quit We called D&H Air Conditioning & Heating Company and they sent *** ** right out Both my husband and I were greatly impressed with ***'s knowledge and workmanship As soon as I described to him the sound the air conditioner made when it stopped working he knew exactly what part had gone out In no time *** ** had our air conditioner working again ***'s customer service skills are most excellent He kept us informed of what he was doing to the air conditioner and explained to us what the part does He really made us feel like we were part of the process - not like we were just the people who were going to be handing over the check WAY TO GO D&H AND *** **!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
