We offered to fix the trim piece on the chimneyHomeowner never had a leak but he contracted a contractor and ended up replacing the chimney We are not reimbursing the customer for the chimney replacement

Our framer has recently called and we have the repairs being scheduledWe apologize for the delay and lack of communication from the warranty manager.

As per our previous discussions, the reported wind gusts did not exceed the mph that these shingles were to withstand Beyond this, the shingles and your installation of them were not appropriate by any means which is why they did not withstand the winds Also, I have seen what your patch job looks like and I can tell you that it will not last either We can either settle this now or I can call an attorney to start a class action lawsuit as well as media outlets to inform them of your workmanship

Since the Yard requires so much effort by the homeowner we can not in anyway promise or warrant the Yard or the landscapingHomeowner signed paperwork that states there is no warranty on these itemsAs rain continues to fall it is wash away the soil exposing more rocks until the years is establishedIn Indiana we have such a high clay content in our soil it is hard to establish a yardFor homeowners that are unable to do the extra work to establish yards or just don’t want to we offer sod as an option so they can have a instant yard.

We will look into the open issues and will contact the homeowner to get them resolved

We do have work order out for the repairs and will repair any damages caused by the leakOur roofer said he was out at your home October 8th and looked at the roof and did not see any physical damage to the home owners roofThe roofer was going to schedule repairs for the week of the 12th
Once roof repairs are complete our warranty manager will schedule repairs to the inside of your home

We are going to reach out to the homeowner so we can address their concerns

We have reviewed your complaint and looked over your historyOn your final walkthrough sheet there is no mention of dents on the garage doorOn the list you made for your one year walkthrough there is no mention of dents on your doorIt was not until two months AFTER your one year walkthrough did
we receive something from you stating there were dents on the garage doorArbor Homes did not install the garage door opener for this homeowner eitherThere is a one year warranty on the garage door and workmanship that is months expired but it also states in the RWC warranty book that "If owner installs a garage door opener Builder is not responsible for operation of door."

We have proven with pictures that the areas in question by the homeowner are within the builder standardsWe have exhausted all of our resources to prove our original statements and there is no more information we can provide to further back up our position at this time.-Justin

The response the business provided is a lame excuse to get out of repairing my drivewayThe damage was there prior to winterThis complaint started in September of Their response states they are waiting for winter to end before making repairs(It is almost may, I know for a fact Arbor has no issues pouring concrete in the winter) as home construction has not stopped in this editionToday I witnessed concrete trucks pouring concrete in our neighborhoodMy point...their response is nothing more than a bogus line of excuse to put off addressing this problemNO ONE FROM ARBOR HAS REACHED OUT TO US AT ALL IN REGARDS TO THIS SITUATION.

We did file a claim with our home owners insurance, we even patched the parts of the roofIts a bad job done bybthe roofers or the manufacturer comoany they usedI want the $deductible we had to pay to repair a year old roofIf the wind speeds were and the shingles should stay intact for uo to soeeds of mph we shouldn't have issuesThis was not due to wind damag6as already explainedWill take this to the Attorney general.

The garage door has a one year workmanship warranty on it and the plumbing which covers the water heater has a two year warranty on thatThe other issues sound like HOA issues probably from the lack of up keep on the outside of your home which is a non Arbor Homes issueMedical issues and divorce
are not a reason to file a Revdex.com complaint as they are not Arbor Homes related.

ever seenUnfortunately, those conditions; along with indirect salt damage, affected some of our driveways for our customers as wellIndirect salt damage and weather-related temperatures are not something that Arbor can warrant due to the fact those items are out of our controlHowever, having the customer's best interest in mind, we are looking to do something for the driveways that were affected by these conditionsWe have been working closely with the concrete contractor and the concrete supplier to determine what the problem was and moving forward with what we can do to help our customersWinter has definitely worn out its welcomeNow that it is springtime we still keep seeing winter-like conditions that only push our repairs further backWe appreciate your patience as we wait for Mother Nature to finish its winter cycle and while we figure out the, how and when, so we may address some of these driveway issues.?

Arbor Homes was last at my property on June 21st, and I have not heard from then since regarding a day/time for the roof inspection
