This account will be reviewed and dealt with by the fraud prevention department and not MrK*** or any other name the customer tries to find on the internet, assign a title to, and dictate demands of what that person must doEverything stated in the rejection is, again, an utter misrepresentation of facts and blatantly and untrue statements every single pointThere are no attacks here, only presentation of facts to counter the slander and bullying on behalf of the customerStating that the customer "knows" things that are not true does not mean she knows them, it means she assumes and/or intentionally makes it up in an effort to bully an honest company through complaintsLiterally everything in the rejection (technician calling us with information, MsC*** and others, and everything else) is simply incorrect and untrueStating that we declined a conversation is not only not true but is absurdThe complaint was escalated a long time ago and a supervisor has been working with the customer all throughoutShe was always there for the customer, always took care of her, went above and beyond to help, and never shied away from any conversationHSC has done everything right and, on top of that, went well above and beyond for this customerNo good deed goes unpunishedThe statements regarding MsC***, who went above and beyond in trying to help the customer, are simply absurd and also equivalent to dismissing the entire Revdex.com process and demanding to speak to the owner of Revdex.com because "she knows there is one"Every non-public company has an ownerA statement irrelevant to the issue at hand and pretending that it is the reason for this bullying is a poor excuse, validity of which will be reviewed by our fraud prevention departmentIt is extremely disheartening that this is what the customer has resorted to despite so much offered help outside any and all contractual obligationsAs previously mentioned, all courtesy offers are either void or on hold pending reviewIf the customer wishes to contact u she may contact the supervisor assigned to the claim, who's information the customer has (or we will be happy to provide once again)Refusing to speak to the proper personnel is a customer's decision

Wow! This must be a really bad cut and paste error on behalf of the business This does not appear to be a response to my specific complaint First, this was not a pre-existing condition, I was covered for several months before I submitted this request for service The HVAC was working fine at that time Second, no "initial repair" was authorized or performed I did have service performed on my UPSTAIRS unit, but not the one in question The "repair" they ended up authorizing was a total system replacement Further, the blower motor IS a covered item, per the contract Instead of replacing the motor, they want to sell me a whole new system for over $3, A system that retails for less than $1,500, by the way, a Goodman, practically the lowest ranked system on the market today in terms of customer satisfaction Yes, I canceled the contract after being without my HVAC cooling for a month, and because I called HSC no less than times to get status reports The level of customer service is staggeringly low

little longer than others and we apologize for any slight delays that the customer may have experiencedHSC has done nothing wrong or against the contract and has, in fact, gone above and beyond and offered numerous courtesies to the customer above contractual obligations which were fulfilled until the customer refused them and requested to cancel

The issue was resolved prior to the house being purchased I have attached the receipt from the previous homeowner that validates that the air conditioning evaporator coil leak was repaired and the cooling temperature within the house was working as originally designed See below commentary from HVAC technician and attached for details - Leak sealant for repair of leak and recharged of system with 410a refrigerant. Recharged system with lbs of 410a refrigerant and injection of leak sealant. System is cooling with a good cooling performance of degrees. System is working in good conditions at this time.The insinuation that we had intentionally falsely repaired the air conditioning unit, knowing we would come back asking for repair or replacement is completely untrue, unproven and unfounded We went into the home purchase expecting the AC unit work work as designed for years to come with no knowledge that it would have issues shortly after the purchase We believe the best course of actions it to have unit to be repaired.

I will continue to reject this response since it seems to be the only recourse I have so farAgain, they make accusations of fraudulent behavior on my part without any proofI am hoping theta the Revdex.com would ask they to provide them the proof they claim is so easy to come by in this caseIt is remarkable to me that this is the attitude and position this company takes on a claimI have only ever asked them to either fulfill their part of the contract or to reimburse me for the EXTRA I paid the service tech who came to my house because I was fulfilling MY part of the agreementThat cost is only $Instead of engaging in a meaningful and useful conversation about this, HSC continues to make these accusations about me and I WILL NOT ACCEPT THAT!They make reference to the second opinion I received, I got this second opinion for MY benefit; to make sure the original diagnosis was correctThe second opinion supports my claim that something other than what this business is saying happened could have happenedHSC can state what they want about the claim, the simple fact is that they would have refused the claim at months, months and probably months with a compressor failureThis company offers NO VALUE WHATSOEVER for the homeowner looking for a little piece of mind on aging appliances - WHICH IS EXACTLY THE SERVICE THEY CLAIM TO PROVIDEI would strongly urge any potential customer who checks with the Revdex.com first to seriously reconsider engaging into any kind of agreement with this company any any circumstancesThey will accept you as a client, then make merit less claims about you should you happen to file a claim within some arbitrary time frame - and this could be ANY time frame THEY decide onI will never do business with this company and will never recommend their services to anyone

[Apparently you have not read my complaint or you are just focusing on what you would like it to say. All along my complaints are the same.1. The time it took to get a repairThe fact that the customer service NEVER called to update me (the customer) throughout this whole thing. I had to make sure and call everyday to see what was going on.3. The price difference. $3550, however I was informed that was the price quoted but that was the price I was told.After reading the responses from the HSC I can tell they won't see the issue and this won't be fixed for the next customer. It is very unethical for a company to give a quote on a price of AC when I was informed it wasn't going to cost that much. When you increase the cost on the end of the customer then yes it is unethical.I guess that tells me all that I need to know about this company and I will not be using them anymore. I wished they understood that as a customer you want service in a timely manner and a good price. Not to be informed that the cost is $but then informed by a technician that the price given isn't what was quoted. We can argue about it all day. I just don't want another person to have the same issue with this company that I am having. You can make every excuse you would like about the time it took to repair and explain it was a holiday weekend. I work in healthcare and could make every excuse as to why we are too busy to get things done also, however it may cost someone their life and there is no excuse.I have nothing further to add and can tell that this company doesn't care how their customers feel because they are justified in making excuses for poor customer service. Customer started on 7/** and claimed on 8/*That is NOT a little over two weeksIt is LITERALLY on the second day of contractThis gives a vivid insight into the rest of the statements and the intentWe received a detailed diagnosis and report on the customer's system and issue which is
clearly, as determined by trained professionals, existing prior to the start date of the contractCustomer's vague claims of it being something else, specifically the evaporator coil, confirm two things: As with the time frame above, customer will state anything to try and get money he is not entitled to (he asked specific questions of how such determinations are made upon being advised of the correct information) and, only issue that it can be with an evaporator coil failure is a leak which, if was significant enough for the system to not blow cold air, would be pre-existing significantly longer and clearer than the issue found by the original assigned technicianAlso, customer's original issue as reported, "not responding to thermostat", is in line with the found issue as the unit will not start up with a grounded compressor while it would turn on and blow air with a leaky coilOn top of that, the customer does have cool air in the home as they have more than one systemThey signed up when the upstairs system needed to be replaced, told us left previous warranty company likely because the system was also no covered (otherwise why leave a company if the issue is covered), attempted to feel out what it would take for it to be covered, and now went as far as writing a complaint with fabricated information and abusing this venue to get his AC replacedOn top of all that, he was even offered a courtesy towards a system replacement but was not interested as this was his next pre-planned stepThere is nothing for HSC to do hereThis is a fabricated complaint with fraudulent intentionsHSC will act only in accordance with the contractWe provide honest and reputable service and will continue to do so despite attempts such as this

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:First of all I take great offense to the accusation that I attempted in any way to commit fraudIn response that the claim was not covered I suggest the company read their contract as to covering HVAC systems of which was our claimWe had no idea there was a problem until the HVAC air handler had a leak and a hole appeared in our ceilingIn response to a "pre-existing condition", all coverages of all appliances in some way are "pre-existing conditions"A motor in a year old refrigerator that fails is a "pre-existing condition" as the motor was aging for that year periodIf this company took that same tact to all claims, they would never pay any claimsI'm sure this complaint will get me nowhere but I felt obligated to list it as I feel we are being taken advantage of and still feel that way.

Again, HSC has done nothing wrong and has completed all claims.Attempting to twist the information does not and will not change the factsNotcovering repairs which are not subject to coverage, or customer cancelling arepair, is not lack of completion on our partWasher claim was approved forthe covered issues and customer did not want to pay for the non covered ones.We are not responsible for items she did not have on her coverageFaucet claimwas approved and we were awaiting on the invoice as well as the signed claimsettlement letter which the customer refused to sign with intent to attempt tocancel after receiving the checkThe invoice has now been received, the signedagreement we are still awaiting forThe customer can sign the agreement or thecustomer can wait until the end of the contract and the check will be sent out.This account had numerous red flags on it and, again, HSC went above and beyondand never did anything wrong and became a victim of this blatantly andmal-intended complaintThe faucet claim was completed a long time ago, thecustomer simply refused to proceed with it and demanded terms which were notoffered, threatened, and as with the washer claim simply disregarded thecoverage terms and demanded what she wanted and was not entitled toYet again,should the customer accept any of the numerous and generous offers extended toher, she would need to sign a written agreement to that effectTerms must beclear and agreed to by both parties to avoid any ambiguity and further attemptsto circumvent the system in the futureThis is for the best interest of boththe customer as well as HSCWhile we apologize that the customer feels she isentitled to more coverage, we stand stern by our contract as that is what ourcoverage is
