Per our GM This was an unfortunate incident that none of us could overcome. She is absolutely correct that the vehicle had issues soon after the purchase. It was a pre owned car and we were unable to find a vehicle of equal or even similar value that was satisfactory to all parties... to switch her to. The part that was needed was from Ford, and it was on eternal backorder, meaning ford will not give an ETA. WE provided a free courtesy vehicle, and made payments for her in the absence of having her own vehicle. We even switched cars at one point to give her something that she felt was more suitable and comparable for her to drive. WE tried our best to show how much we cared by making a payment, buying a headrest that was missing at the time of purchase, and giving her a loaner car despite the manufacturer denying that they would cover that cost.

The business contacted me over the weekend to apologize and to offer me a $gas gift card which I refused[redacted]

Car is still here it needs a part that the grandfather gave us the okay to order, we had a printed slip that stated his battery failed that is why we replaced itAfter replacing it he took the car and later it would not start so he brought it back in, this is where we found
the cluster was draining the batteryWe offered to remove our battery and refund his money but the grandfather said it was okay to leave it in., and because it is his vehicle, we follow his request

I left a message for *** today to try and discuss this matter over the phone and work to find a resolution that would work well for everyone I did have an opportunity to speak with our Service Manager and the Technician who completed the transmission pan and wiring repairs on *** ***
vehicle These repairs were necessary and not a waste of money The transmission pan was completely rusted out and the wiring was faulty The recommended tune up is also something that should be considered, due to the mileage on the vehicle at this timeSluggishness could be attributed to the age of the vehicle and a proper tune up will potentially improve vehicle performance I would like to talk directly with *** about the issues she has had, I can be reached on my cell at ***

They called it a misunderstanding and it was a blatant lie on their end. The sales manager did call and apologized and said it was a misunderstanding and said he was willing to give me the internet price and an additional but tacked on a 'freight' charge of 995. Which came out of the blue. So I just feel for wasting my time on Saturday then having me come back in for a 'great' deal on Tuesday to be lied to for what they offered I just can't accept their response as making it right. I would rather this remain posted unsettled and post my bad experience. I do appreciate that they at least called me.

He called and gave my wife his personal cell number, I have called it times and left messagesthis is just proof that they are people of questionable integrity I haven't heard back from him nor did we get the token fuel card or key chain that he said he would send. I didn't want anything but for them to do a better job at advertising. This was clearly a bait and switch situation and they can't tell me otherwise they can put whatever spin on it they want ,from the minute I was asked what my budget was I should have known it was fishy . Now they have *** me off and i'm riding this as far as I can go so other consumers are aware of there dealership practices *** Thanks, *** & *** ***

*** *** I appreciate the response months later, but this was sent before any acknowledgement was made to me, They did re-imburse me for one month payment. But had my vehicle for almost months and purchased the vehicle to go on vacation and to use this vehicle for making extra money selling at the flea market over the summer and was unable to do because I did not want to put items in a vehicle that didn't belong to me. I made car payments before I had the vehicle back

From our title office:*** Anderson first called me about his deal on 6/6/and I told him that I would have to look into what was going on with it (because at the time I had never heard the name), and that I would get back to himI called him back and let him know that we were waiting on
the title to come in from the bank, and that it should only be a few more daysI called *** Clutter at North Hills and filled him in on the situation and the customer's concerns, and asked *** to call ***The next day, *** was off, so Gabe L*** got involved and spoke with the customerHe reiterated that we were waiting on the title, and that we should have it in a few daysHe assured *** that he was going to do everything he could to get him his title by the end of this weekThe title came in on Wednesday, 6/14/2017, and we got his paperwork done and overnight FedExed right awayThe package was supposed to be delivered today, and *** made *** aware of the shipment and gave him the tracking number*** called me today at to ask if we could take the signature requirement off the package so that FedEx will leave itI called FedEx and put in the requestIf he doesn't get it today, he should get it tomorrow

Although you have the receipt's of the work that has been done, it was not pre authorized by the warranty companyPer the contract you signed, you agreed to have it preauthorized before getting outside work done on itSince that was not done it now voids the contractThis is now out of our hands, and something you will need to take up with the warranty company
