complaint ID 12499280, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. I feel like these people were out to make me suffer. I fell like I was lied to and betrayed and that it will continue to happen until the dishonesy is removed from their dealership. I think that it's bad business practice and that Lou should have something done as far as termination or some type of disciplinary action. I lost out on my hourly wages and on the rest of my weekend into Monday. I don't know for sure if someone from the dealership tried to cash my check personally even. I know they made my bank accept right and I do appreciate that but to me that's not enough that I feel they will learn their lesson and not try to steal from their customers again.Regards,[redacted]

[redacted] Good Morning,Jim Shorkey III called me yesterday and apologized for the short comings of some of his employees and told me he has had meetings with everyone so that they will do a better job and hopefully this won't happen again.  Please close this complaint and thanks for your help.    [redacted]

I have no record of a phone call from [redacted] after I left my cell phone with his wife at his business phone.  My cell is [redacted].  This was not a bait and switch, but it was absolutely an error on the part of my team.  The Vehicle [redacted] inquired on had been sold the prior day at one of our other locations.  I would be happy to provide documentation of this sale if [redacted] would like.  Where we were wrong, is my team did not confirm that the vehicle was still available for sale.  We had multiple inquires on this unit in a very short period of time and I believed that the multiple inquires caused our internet sales representative that [redacted] was working with, to overlook the fact that a sale had been completed on this vehicle.Regarding the Key Chain and gas card.  I did in fact order a unique Ford GT500 Key chain that has yet to arrive, but when it does, I will be sending it out to [redacted].  I understand that this was not a request from him, but I do want to try and make it right.

[redacted] Please be advised that the dealership has responded only because the Mitsubushi representative has brought their negligence to light in regard to their lack of customer service, attention to detail and taking care of a customer.  I am still very disappointed with my vehicle and my decision to buy from Shorkey.  They are not only inconsiderate of their customers once the sale is done but only do anything when their hand is forced.  We have an answering machine and voice mail and NO messages were ever left by Shorkey.
