This company is beyond rudeSome guy named Duncan called me several timesThen he proceeded to call my bossI returned his call and he was EXTREMELY rude to me and very verbally abusiveHe said that I was delinquent on a credit card from over years ago!!! I was in college years ago and had no recollectionHe hung up on me twice! On the third call I made, I spoke with a woman and explained to her what was going onShe was rude tooThis business needs to be reportedYou cannot call and threaten people!!!

Someone else must be calling her....We just started working this account on 5-26-with phone call made...I looked deeper into this & [redacted] it was a Platinum [redacted] with the originator bank as [redacted] Bank Nevada...the card was opened 2-8-& went into collections 7-31-2007...Just because it is not currently on a credit report doesn't mean the money is not still owed...It is the policy of the credit bureaus to keep bad debt on a credit report for years but the money is still owed even after that if it is not paid within that time frame

Today June 9th, 2016, my husband received a call advising him of a debt that I (his wife) accrued from [redacted] bankWithout him being able to verify my SSN they proceeded to give him details of my accountI did not recall this debt, and contacted [redacted] Credit Cards directlyI was informed by [redacted] that this account was charged off in No payment has been made sinceI contacted DCS directly and was yelled at and hung up on timesI advised them that this debt belongs to myself, from years ago, and being that I didn't even know my husband then, they should not be contacting himI was told that just because he said he was my husband when they called him, gives them the right to contact him whenever they wantWhen I called back the third time, and asked for the company name, the representative refused to verifyTold me that I need to refer to the email that was sent to me and hung up againI waited a few hours in which was waiting for said email, even checked SPAM, email never cameI called company back to request the email be sent again because they were refusing to speak over the phoneReceived email that I had day to make the settlement paymentAfter reviewing I did some research on my own and learned that the Statute of Limitations for credit cards is years from the date of the last paymentLearning that they are calling me illegally, since last payment was years ago, I plan on contacting an attorney on the matterI would appreciate the harassing phone calls to cease immediately

I received a phone call from DeKalb County Solutions on 8/2/and spoke to a Tracy ***, she stated that I had a bill in their office for $dollarsI stated that I would not be able to pay that amountShe then, laughed at me and said we could do a payment plan for dollar paymentsI again told her I just could not afford this, as a single mother I have very limited income, that I would offer a settlement of $dollars today to satisfy the account in fullShe laughs again at me and states : You ran up dollars worth of medical bills so it is your responsibility to pay the amount in full I know that it is my responsibility but for her to say what she did to me was uncalled for and very out of lineI asked for her supervisor and she stated she is the only supervisor there
