Dear Sir/Madam,A Delta representative contacted *** *** regarding the
refund*** *** will reply back to the Revdex.com that the complaint was resolved
once he receive the payment

We apologize for any delay As stated by the customer a check has been mailed on March possibly due to the storm in the Philadelphia area and the customer is located out of state there would be a delay in the check delivery Check #*** was issued and mailed out for the
total amount of $2, We do ask all customers to allow 10-business to receive delivery A representative has been notified to follow up on 3-29-to see if the check was received. Thank you

On December 6th *** *** requested a refund and a full refund was issued

Customer has received his refund check, please view attachment screen shot of negative review posted on a review site and customer mentioned his check has been received A senior Manager MrRyan C*** has attempted to reach the customer numerous times with no success

We have received this notification from your offices today and would like to respond to this complaint in kind As to the understanding *** *** called on 10-16-he was debating whether to keep his extended service program or cancel, he was then notified of fees that may apply if cancelled

Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because:
I would make the following points in reply:- Both I and the *** garage (Fort Lauderdale) were told categorically that the item claimed for was not covered under the warranty and so there was no question of Delta sending out an inspector. This apparently has only arisen after I filed the complaint, and after I removed the car from the garage. Nobody from Delta has been in contact with me to arrange a time or place to inspect the vehicle. I note and appreciate the offer to cancel the policy and give me a full refund, ignoring any claims made, however that is not what I boughtI would not have bought the vehicle if I had not been able to secure the four year warranty, which I was told was exactly the same as the *** extended warranty. The offer to cancel the policy and make a refund does not assist in the fact that I now have a substantial repair bill. However in the spirit of trying to settle this matter I am prepared to accept the sum of $4,and a revision to the terms of the insurance so that it expires on December (rather than January 2020). For the avoidance of doubt I will not make any claim in respect of the current issue with the vehicle, I will pay for the repair myself. *** ***

As customer stated refund check was remailed with proper apartment number, should arrive by 6-23-

A representative has reached out to the customer the original shipment was delayed due to hurricane Parts have been reordered for shipment

Delta Is selling uninsured back policy's they don't list the insurance company backing on their policy and are selling in all states which is illegal Revdex.com and AG's office should be investigating them not helping by giving them a good rating

My hummer Hcompletely broke down out of nowhereThank heavens for Delta! My truck was towed to the nearest GM dealer and the shop diagnosed the vehicleTurned out I was having transmission problems and they immediately contacted DeltaDelta approved my claim within minutes and literally saved me thousands of dollarsDelta paid my dealer directly over the phone and even reimbursed me for the towThis was a great experience!

I, *** ***, have read, understand and agree to all the terms and conditions mentioned in every paragraph on this agreement. We finally were given a credit card payment information that went through and we are paidAfter so many stories for so many checks mailed to us, which we never received, A credit card issued to posses the next day, which would not go through and cancelled. Thanks to you we are finally paid.***
