American Vintage Home once again exceeded expectations with their service personnel namely Dominick * Professional, knowledgeable, efficient and effective with his service and recommendations We will continue to use them because they have hit home runs consistently
This is not a company I would ever recommend to anyone I should have stopped giving them chances a long time ago They continue to send different technicians and each makes it seem like everything will be ok until it just isn't They can't even manage their own technicians Customer service does not exist unless repetitive apologies count instead of action They miss appointments, don't return calls, and truly haven't fixed everything they've charged me for I am upset that they wouldn't cancel my maintenance over the phone They said I had to write an email Very inconvenient Will be happy when I'm an ex-customer Couldn't even get management to call me back to discuss Plenty of other same services out there - they lost my business due to their inability to fix my issues and their lack of response or concern
I continue to be impressed with the service and efficiency of the staff from this company I even went to far as to buy a service contract for my furnace and air conditioner It has paid for itself already Most recent service was a free inspection of my air conditioning system They arrived on time, were thorough in their inspections, explained everything to me, and told me what needed done and how soon I should attend to the repairsI have already recommended this company to my neighbors I like that they live in my community as well
Bob Mchecked out my AC with a very thorogh process Replaced & washed filters Hosed off condenser Bob also did our heating systems in the fallHe is apleasant young man and is always welcome to do service work on our appliances
My AC(yr old unit) went out on the afternoon of the 4th of July...1st thing I did was check the weather forecast for the weekTemperatures in the 90's in just days...I decided to wait until the next morning to call because of the holiday The customer service lady was very polite and they were able to accommodate my work schedule and sent a technician to my place within just a couple hours Within an hour and a half, and a couple hundred dollars later (I expected a couple thousand for a new unit), my central AC unit was back up and running thanks to a great technician, Andrew BHe was knowledgeable, courteous, honest, and straightforward
Eric came out to look at our heating, which was not getting to its set point He was pleasant, patient, explained the issues clearly, and then adjusted the controls Heater is working well now

Ronnie appeared professional My job was not remedied Not even by the 2nd technician who came to repair the same issue the following day Both techs left assuming job was complete Going on day of trying to address the boiler problem tomorrow
American Vintage was very prompt in getting me an appt on a Friday night after 4p Dominick came at the time he said, he was very knowledgeable, and informed me of what exactly he was doing and what was wrong I didnt feel like he was taking advantage of as a single mother, as I have experienced with other repairmen from other companies I would definitely request Dominick again for any other services with American Vintage

I had a very positive experienceBrian Sof American Vintage Home did a great job unclogging my bathroom sink and tub drainsThere was a sizeable hair clog and Brian took the time to rod the drum trapFirst, he explained that he was trying a less expensive repair (air ram) to see if that would workIt was not successfulThen he explained that he would have to try the more expensive repair (rodding)This workedI appreciated that Brian tried the less expensive option and that he explained during the whole process what was happeningUltimately, he had to access my drum trap and it was difficult to get to, and took some effort to remove the coverI appreciated his determinationHe wore shoe covers and cleaned up after the repairsHe was pleasant and polite

I had a kitchen sink blockage that I could not clear with my foot hand auger I called on Friday afternoon and had a service scheduled on Monday Lester was the tech and did a fine job The clog needed a pros hand and he got things back and movingLester was friendly, polite, and knowledgeable
