Dominick cleaned and serviced our air conditioning unitHe was timely, helpful, and very good at explaining the issue with our older condenserHe answered all my questions about the system and about work flow if we were to replace as we are also considering a new roof and new insulationI highly recommend him
I have used American Vintage for several years now, and have found them to provide consistently superior service The office staff is polite and I always feel they are trying to work with me to get the service I need as soon as possible (lately I've dealt with Anna) The technicians (this time it was Ronnie) are personable, and take the time to explain the problem and the possible resolutions in a way I can understand With some HVAC companies, it seems as if every visit/service call requires spending money to rectify a problem or prevent one These guys often say 'everything looks good' at the end of a maintenance visit and I'm out no more money
Our maintenance contract was terminated on February 27thIn addition to it being terminated by email, when they contacted us I told them that it had been terminatedHowever, we have been billed in both March and April
I want to share my experience with Walter from American Vintage Home He was superb in his investigation of the problem I was experiencing He took his time and was unbelievably patient with my many questionsHe took his time to explain and made sure I understoodHe even went beyond the scope of his visit to look at another issue I was experiencing You’re a lucky consumer if he is on your case

professional BUT I received a return call from the billing department, and after a long
conversation, we resolved all my issues, and the gentleman promised to make corrections to all of the billing procedures, and he waived the bill that I (never) received, and reinstated my maintenance contract to my satisfaction It was a very satisfactory resolution to a problem
Andrew *was on time, respectful and listened carefully to my needs for serviceHe was thorough and knowledgableAmerican Vintage Home is a company I will continue to use
We have used this company many timesThey are always responsive, knowledgeable, and do quality work efficiently
Clayton was our plumber todayIn addition to all of the above he is pleasant respectful and our dogs loved him as well!!!
American Vintage Home replaced an aging sump pump and battery backup at our house on 10/11/The tech, Brian S., did a great jobHe arrived promptly for the job, and finished in less than the expected timeHe took care not to damage or dirty floors, rugs, etc., and cleaned up thoroughly when he finishedHe was also very polite and patiently answered questions following the installationAll in all, a very positive experience
Confirmed appointment, arrived on time
Very professional, did a thorough cleaning of boiler, explained what was done Advised on improvements with no pressure on having the work done

If you ever have plumbing issues call American Vintage and ask for Lester He is incredibly knowledgeable and will only recommend repairs that are necessary and warranted His customer services is exemplary
