The company has excellent front desk customer service, offers great scheduling availability, was accomodative of scheduling change, and accurately recorded my service requestThe HVAC technician, Dominick, was super knowledgeable, thorough in diagnostics, and went above and beyond in helping me, a new home owner, get comfortable with my complex HVAC systemHe also provided helpful info about the company's maintenance planVery pleased knowing that I have a reputable company with wonderful staff to turn to for handling HVAC and plumbing issues
I have a hot-water heating system and several years of experience with American Vintage HomeThis winter, the pump on my heating system started making a loud noiseI called American Vintage Home; Andrew B came out, diagnosed a problem with the "coupler", and gave me two options: new couple for about $or new pump for $I went with the cheaper option, Andrew installed it in an hour or so, problem solvedNo more noise
I have used American Vintage Home plumbing for many years and the technician Lester just came to my house to fix a leaky valve and he did it fast and did not mind me looking over his shoulder and asking questions
This is not a company I would ever recommend to anyone I should have stopped giving them chances a long time ago They continue to send different technicians and each makes it seem like everything will be ok until it just isn't They can't even manage their own technicians Customer service does not exist unless repetitive apologies count instead of action They miss appointments, don't return calls, and truly haven't fixed everything they've charged me for I am upset that they wouldn't cancel my maintenance over the phone They said I had to write an email Very inconvenient Will be happy when I'm an ex-customer Couldn't even get management to call me back to discuss Plenty of other same services out there - they lost my business due to their inability to fix my issues and their lack of response or concern
Roberto and his crew were always on time and courteous They worked hard from the moment they arrived (and always took the time to protect floors and countertops) until they left (after thoroughly cleaning up each evening) One of the best and least stressful experiences with a contractor we've had

American Vintage is a very responsive company and Brian S is as good as they come in the plumbing department Brian S was able to detect a leak from our bath tube/shower that no one else was able to findAlso, he did a super job with a garbage disposal that had broken glass impacting it's ability to operate I highly recommend American Vintage Home and Brian S!!!
