professional BUT I received a return call from the billing department, and after a long
conversation, we resolved all my issues, and the gentleman promised to make corrections to all of the billing procedures, and he waived the bill that I (never) received, and reinstated my maintenance contract to my satisfaction It was a very satisfactory resolution to a problem
Our hot water boiler was not functioning properly so we put in an urgent call to American Vintage Walter was able to come and fix the problem and we have heat again Even though we were At the end of his long day, he was courteous and pleasant and solved the problem
American Vintage Home has done both small and large plumbing projects in my home and I have been extremely satisfied From Juan in the office to Sean the plumber, everyone is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable Customer service is excellent

We have been using American Vintage Home for over yearsSince they started their membership program, service has declinedWhile we have no issue with the individual who came out to check/service our heating, we were very displeased to discover that bleeding the radiators, which has been done every year for as long as we've used AVH, is no longer included in the annual serviceNot only is it not included, but we were told it would be over $to have it done and it would need to be done at a follow up appointmentImmediately after the service person (who I repeat, we had no issue with) left, I called AVH to let them know of my dissatisfactionThey said they would have someone call me back, which never happenedInstead, a day or so later, I got a message from AVHI was happy to see that they had called until I listened to the message and heard it was someone calling with an offer for sewer roddingWhile the sewer rodding was free, I'm assuming it's a freebie to sell other businessThis is not the first time I've had an issue getting a call back from AVHPrevious times, I've called with questions about options recommended by the technician and not gotten a call backThis is on top of other service issues like repeatedly having to reschedule appointments because something has come up at their endI also feel like there is very little consistency from year to year in their servicingThere is always something different recommended and then someone comes the following year and recommends something totally different againI honestly think AVH has gotten too big and is more focused on their sales efforts than on servicing their existing customersThis is one longstanding customer who is ready to move on
I used this company on the advice of my realtor from *** It was an outstanding experience Ronnie was my technician He arrived promptly both times - the second time he had to come back and put in a part the company had to order Making the appointment was easy and the person on the phone was friendly and courteous Ronnie was friendly, professional and appropriate When the air conditioning is checked in the spring, I hope that he is the technician that can come back I highly recommend American Vintage Home I wish I had known about them when I first moved into my home
Dominic *serviced our A/C unit, and, installed a new thermostat at my husbands request because he knew how much I disliked the one installed by previous owners When my husband mentioned that to Dom, he said that he had one that he could put in, quoted the charge, and proceeded to install -- I was thrilled! He did a thorough job of inspection, cleaned the unit, and left everything in orderA very pleasant young man, and, most accommodating Kudos to American Vintage Home, a company we have been dealing with for more than years and are always more than satisfied

I Want to commend Victor for the great job he did on our furnace installation.The entire job was done smoothly and efficientlyWe encountered a few minor problems but Victor took care of them on the spot.He cleaned up afterwardsWe discovered some the pvc pipes were not properly glued and Victor took care of that as wellHe was friendly and polite and explained everything in detail.I highly recommend american Vintage Home and their people especially Victor
