*** solved a last minute manpower coordination issue between the service technician and the town inspectorThe Service manager and *** were dispatched arrived prior to the town inspectorWhile waiting, They scoped the job and cleaned up a basement mess caused by previous gas line technicianOnce line was inspected, *** was very efficient He installed the new gas stove, leveled it and set up cook components and clock, etcWhile this was happening, the Service manager, ***, repaired a leaky shower valve*** and *** also gifted us a year service plan and offered a dollar coupon for today's workMy only complaint was that the office request to the town for inspection was later than I was told originally and therefore there was a delay before the town received the request and as a result, the installation was also delayed

I have used Rodenhiser for servicing my ac and heating system for years, and have always been happy with their technicians work*** **, the technician who serviced my furnace units this fall, was outstandingHe did a great job, explained all my options well, and worked efficiently fixing my furnaces' issuesHe worked cleanly as well, and kept my curious cat in mind, keeping necessary doors shut while doing his work to keep the cats safeI would definitely recommend his work
