From the very beginning, when *** *** walked into our house to evaluate our system and provide an estimate, I got the sense that this was a very professional and knowledgeable company When *** told me they would do the replacement - of both our hot air furnace AND the A/C unit, - in only two days, I was skeptical but trusted that he knew what they were capable of When it came time to do the install, I expected a crew of or to show up, to achieve all this work in such a short time To my surprise, only two showed up! *** ** and *** I came a little earlier than expected I had done a lot of prep work, to make this install easier, moving ceiling tiles, removing doors, etc The same morning, a truck showed up and offloaded everything that was needed for the project *** and *** told me what their plans were, and we discussed adding tees to the gas pipeline for numerous future possibilities *** took my pipeline drawing, and unfazed by the added work, he and *** started in on the install The company that was supposed to come and remove my furnace couldn't send anyone, so *** and *** disconnected the system and removed it themselves I couldn't believe how much work they got done in one day! I tried not to be a "helicopter customer" watching them every minute, but they encouraged me to watch if I wanted to They explained everything that they were doing and answered any question I had The second day, *** the electrician showed up to do all the electrical work I went to run an errand, and when I got back, it looked like there was a Rodenhiser convention at my house! A supervisor and other techs showed up to make sure everything was progressing without any problems - ready to pitch in if needed, but *** and *** had everything under control By the end of day two, the work was complete, and *** helped me sign in to the wireless thermostat on my PC They cleaned everything up, the oil tank and furnace were removed The metal work that *** did looked SOOO neat and clean, and professional The next day, the plumbing was inspected, and then the gas meter was installed and Shawn came to check out the entire system and help me program the thermostat Everybody that came was really a PRO I would recommend Rodenhiser to anyone, and I plan to have them back to handle any future work I need They were great

Rodenhiser Plumbing, Heating, A/C, and Electric is wonderful This was my second time dealing with them and they were nothing but pleasant Richard F* came out to test my A/C units to make sure they were working properly He found that they were installed wrong and had to fix the problem He also scheduled my system so that I would save on my electric bill and taught me how to work my new system He was polite and friendly and he was an excellent service provided who knew his HVAC!! Kudos to Rodenhiser for employing only the best!!

We had an emergency hot water break over a weekend Rodenhiser got back to us almost immediately and had someone out the next morning - the only ones who could come out over the weekend from the places we talked to They were thorough, polite and accommodating Joel Cwas wonderful - explained all our options with no sales pitch or pressure and allowed us to make an educated decision on what our next steps were He got the job done quickly, kept us in the loop and was very polite the whole time And they wear shoes covers in the house Will absolutely use them again!
