Very please with the service We were able to get a tech out to eval our AC quickly *** arrived on time, was professional and courteous, and worked cleanly (pretty sure he left the area around the unit cleaner than he found it) He was very upfront about the costs of service and gave us a number of options to service the unit Our dog was also a big fan Will continue to use them for our HVAC needs and highly recommend them

My year old AC system needed to be replaced, so I contacted Rodenhiser because I felt they were most reliable contractor for the job I have a breathing issue when it is hot and humid and need AC for that medical problem Rodenhiser came to my rescue, removing the old unit and installed a new (green) system in my home in ONE day instead of the more usual two or more daysEven more impressive was the removal of the old condenser and blower in a tight access hatch to a very hot, humid and dusty atticThe crew arrived on time at 7:am and left at 5:pm with the new system runningThey are indeed life savers! I had a clogged drain in the basement, not the main drainCalled the company on Tuesday (6/14) and scheduled an appointment on Friday (6/17)The technician showed up and looked at the drain, gave me a quote of $to snake it without even turning on the waterI knew I t was very expensive for snaking but I needed the problem solved soon so I said go for itHe went back to the company to get the snake and came back in about less than an hourHe spent about minutes to get the equipment ready and minutes working on the drain When my husband came home I let him take over After seeing him off, my husband came upstairs with a receipt of $for "exploratory drain clearing", and a quote for $5,to dig the floor and replacing the whole pipe Never was a charge for "trying to see what I can do" I was ever informed by the technician before he started working
