Chris H*** came today to install a new kitchen sink faucet/sprayer and to give me feedback on some other work I will have completed in the future He was early for the appointment, very personable, knowledgeable, efficient, and informative He also was reasonable with information, advising/suggesting ideas that would potentially cost me less than ideas I had Very pleased with his excellent performance

Casey and Mike were very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable The work was scheduled based on my availability and performed correctly and on timeI did not experience any waiting for a callback when scheduled as I have experienced with some other companiesThey came out as soon as I was available I would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work

I have an American Standard central air conditioner It filed during a heat wave It was under warrantee, so I called Rodenhiser to fix it They determined that mice had gotten into the electronics, which caused the unit to fail, so they replaced the entire board with a new oneIn my opinion, the manufacturer should have designed the metal case to protect against rodents and other creatures that could harm the electronics Instead, they left a large hole that allowed the mice to easily get in The technicians Joe and Tom sealed up the hole with silicon so that this won't happen againI am very pleased with their service They were professional, and did a great job

Rodenhiser was not the lowest bid for the *** split AC/Heating system, but their reputation for top professional work convinced us that this was worth the extra cost *** and *** and all the other workers more than confirmed our decision The condensing units arrived on site with some dents due to poor transport *** and *** promptly had them replaced without us having to intervene and the replacement came quickly without any hassleThe arrived on time and treated our property with utmost respect They confirmed location of the units, explained any issues associated with operation, appearance, or the equipment, and walked us through operationThey were courteous, kept a clean work area, cleaned up completely, wore booties in areas of the house that could have been soiled, and worked quietlyWe would have Rohenhiser top of our list for any work that they could due and recommend them without reservation

we had an appointment to meet with someone to give us some options and pricing for a new furnace and A/C system for our home we were shown a presentation on his computer which had all the pricing and we were not given any paperwork for our reviewing just the on computer presentation which was run thru quite quickly we chose what we thought was the best option for us and our home which was $17,and then we added in a heavy duty air cleaner for $and a humidifier for $which brought the total to $18, we thought that was way too much money so we then decided to go down one level to the next system which was $16, and that brought our total to $18, which we still thought was an astronomical price for a new furnace and A/C system we then decided to go down to an even less expensive system that was not nearly as efficient and that one was $14,and we then also decided to take out the air cleaner for $and the humidifier for $leaving the only cost of $14,for the system itself we decided to pay out of pocket and were told that we would not get the *** *** REBATE unless we financed thru *** *** (which was a total lie) all they would give us was the manufacturers rebate of $so our total cost for this lesser system was going to be $14, still a lot for a system that was barely a step up from our year old system we were replacing
we went to another company and got the original system that was $17,from Rodenhiser and got it quoted and INSTALLED for $9,200!!! THATS A SAVINGS OF $ THATS ALMOST THE COST OF A SECOND HEAT AND A/C SYSTEM!!!!
also we got the manufacturers rebate and the WHOLE *** *** rebate thru the other company!!!
AND ITS THE EXACT SAME FURNACE AND A/C SYSTEM AS THE ONE WE ORIGINALLY CHOSE FOR $17,EXCEPT THE THERMOSTAT
also whole job finished in hours we were told it would take days with Rodenhiser
are you kidding?!?!!
I CANT BELIEVE RODENHISER WANTED TO CHARGE US OVER $MORE FOR THE SAME SYSTEM AND INSTALL
I WILL NEVER EVER USE RODENHISER OR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE EVER!!!!!

I have been a Rodenhiser customer for the last year and based on my continued excellent experiences I decided to contract them to install our new high energy efficient heating and water system I cannot adequately explain how far past my expectations they performed and my exceptions were pretty high based on past excellent performance by Rodenhiser*** * and *** * were the lead technicians on the installation job and they coordinated a team of 5-during the 1/day removal and installation process I was very impressed how professional and courteous they were during this entire time with my entire family and walking us through everything that would happen and in what time and sequence And in the end their projected completion time was within minute (early)...how good is it nowadays to actual have a contractor meet the specified schedule and deliver the highest quality work It should be also noted that the Rodenhiser Team approach to sales, project planning and execution is a model that all companies should adhere to for success The overall quality and delivered system was due support and planning efforts of the entire Rodenhiser team I will continue to choose Rodenhiser for all my HVAC, electrical and plumbing needs

Gary Mwas a true professional on a recent service callHe quickly diagnosed the problem with the furnace, offered a few options on to fix it, and in the end managed to remedy the problem without the need for a new partIt may well be that I'll need to get a new part eventually but, for now, the furnace is working again
