I had a leaky pipe on the 4th of July My "regular plumber" was on vacation & couldn't even help me in an emergency, not even refer me elsewhere Basically, he had no time to help a customer of 10+ years I had flyers in my plumbing file from Rodenhiser, so called them & their on-call staff talked to me live & set up an apptfor the very next day On July , by 10:am, a technician arrived & proceeded to remedy the leaking pipe that was within a wall All was fixed by early afternoon & I was relieved to have had the problem taken care of in such a prompt manner, especially not having been a customer of Rodenhiser's prior to ! I am in the service business myself, so I know how important quick response is, particularly to something that borders on the "emergency" I would highly recommend Rodenhiser for any plumbing needs

The night before Easter, we had a plumbing emergency in our circa homeThe sink in a half bath fell off the wall, and due to the age of the home, we knew the remodel would not be easyWe called Rodenhiser that Monday at 9am and a plumber was here at pm the same dayHe isolated and shut off the water to that room, which allowed us to have water in other parts of the home Getting our refinancing to do the work took a long time, but once that was in place the work was done with professionalism and a pleasing manner, by both the plumber and electricianYes, They have Electricians on staff now, and they all consulted with my carpenter as needed, (and a lot was needed because there was problem solving to be done!)
We could not be happier with the outcome, and would really recommend this company for the breath of knowledge their technicians have, and their professionalism

I recently had our house A/C serviced and the two technicians were timely, introduced themselves with business cards, were courteous, used care in entering house not to track in dirt, they explained the work to be performed and proceeded on service call As the service call progressed they uncovered some concealed maintenance that needed to be performed and provided me with a quote, I gave them authorization to perform the work They left the house clean and everything has worked fine since the callI'd highly recommend the technicians and company***
